    My refrigerator continues to function perfectly and has never had any problem providing ice continually no matter how much I use it. Also, because of the filtered water and ice, I do not need to buy bottled water.

    Might be a decent fridge but we had one just stop working after 3 months of using it. Didn’t purchase a protection plan with it the first time, so we dealt with Samsung directly. This was a headache and a half! Numerous phone calls and emails just for them to tell us there isn’t a service center in our area. So, they refunded the amount we paid and we went and bought a new fridge. Unfortunately, due to the size of the space we have, this was the only side by side that was short enough. So, we ended up purchasing the same one... this time with a protection plan. Hopefully we just got a dud the first time.

    Love the Black Stainless Steel! Easy to clean and no fingerprints. The lights inside are great and the freezer has good space as well as a place just for pizza.
