This is an excellent refrigerator and I have no regrets for the purchase. The "noise factor" that other reviewers have mentioned is only when the ice drops into the bucket, and all icemakers do that lol. Temperature control, ice production, spaciousness and 3-door form factor are all excellent. My only complaint is that the electronic/digital control panel would work better if it had analog buttons or individual buttons for ice, crushed ice and water. Sometimes you have to touch the control panel multiple times to register your touch. Also, you have to cycle through all three selections whenever you want water etc. (Ice, Crushed, Water). It's only one button. Other than that, no complaints

We replaced our silver stainless steel fridge for this black stainless that is fingerprint resistant and are very happy with it! Color is great, and it stays clearer much longer especially with kids!

I was excited to get this French door fridge, but I seriously regret this purchase. Previous to this, I had a side by side fridge with an enormous ice maker (in the door) and plenty of shelf space. But it was knocking and when the ice maker broke, we knew we needed a new fridge. I often entertain and the feature of this fridge I liked was the ability to store large trays across the fridge, something I couldn't do with a side by side. In the store, the fridge was well-lit on the inside, and it looked to have tons of storage space. Equally important, the freezer section had two drawers and looked like it could store a lot. Once I got it home, I realized several negative issues. Firstly, the doors. The manual says if they are more than half-way closed, they will close the rest of the way. This is not true. They require a rather forceful push to close. Anything less than a slam, results in the door being bounced right back at you. I called to have it repaired then went back to Best Buy, and sure enough, even the model on the floor did not close without considerable effort. If you have small children, this fridge will spend a lot of time with a carelessly left open door. The second issue is the lighting. Sure, when it's empty, like on the showroom floor, it looks bright. Put more than two things on the top shelf, and the entire cavity darkens. There are lights in the lower drawers but they don't keep it well lit. The third, and not an insignificant issue is the freezer. All of the items that I removed from my side by side, did not fit into this freezer. Not only that, but frozen weight watcher meals and other boxed items that I could clearly see in my old model, are now tossed into a bin in this thing. I added a plastic basket to the top shelf to store bagged vegetables, something the fridge should have come with, but still, to find anything, you have to bend over and dig deep. The ice maker takes a few seconds to dispense Ice and it can't be done with the right door open. The ice storage area is very small and with all the ice I make, I'm not sure this will handle my needs. The last issue is the storage of tall items. There is very little room in this fridge for door items and some of the shelves, particularly those on the left side door, can't fit anything at all. There's a narrow shelf across from the ice maker that could only store a juice packet or an envelope of apple sauce. Fitting my previous door items into these doors was like doing a jigsaw puzzle; things could only go in limited areas. Very frustrating. There are good features to this fridge, I love the long drawer at the bottom of the fridge. The drawers for veggies and fruit are clear and visible. The shelves are not as flexible as I'd like them to be either. Overall I would not recommend this model. Get a really good side by side, you'll see everything you have on hand.

Really like the design and functionality of this refrigerator. Our First paired door unit and we love it. Great refrigerator for the price.

This refrigerator is spacious and the black stainless steel is very nice looking. The cool select pantry door with select temperatures is a very nice and useful feature. Most of the shelves are adjustable, another nice feature. Quiet and works great!

Initially this refrigerator was good which is why I waited to write my review. After this experience, I will never buy a Samsung again. This refrigerator is complete garbage. I performed the PMs and cleaned the coils every 6 months but it still is causing issues. It freezes up and water leaks everywhere inside and outside. After only 6 years I need to replace it. It will not be with a Samsung refrigerator.

This refrigerator has so much more space than our old old which was just slightly smaller. Nice to get water and ice on front. Black stainless is an eye turner. Very pleased with product.

Nice fridge with plenty of space. The only thing I don't like about it, and is a minor thing, is the life machine feeds kind of slow. Otherwise it's a great refrigerator

I went from a 1080p Philips 40" TV that I bought back in 2009 and upgraded to the new Samsung 50" 4K TV a few weeks ago. I have been happy with it but wouldn't say I have been overly impressed. The picture quality hasn't been a huge improvement, although the color is incredible. The colors do pop and on certain stations the TV does a nice job at up-scaling to 4k as best it can. My only other concern is that the "clear motion" to reduce motion blur has a bit of a hick-up when it starts making some of the picture movement jerky to start. Otherwise beautiful!

The refrigerator works great love the ice maker . It’s roomy and perfect fit in our kitchen . It’s a little Loud and he had some issues with the first one being damaged . Over all happy with the purchase

This is an outstanding refrigerator in our opinion (my wife and I). For the price, we couldn't believe the size, features, and style. I did my typical homework and compared models, brands, stores, everything. We read the reviews for this model and were worried about the few stories of rust and the loud compressor. Our compressor will occasionally make a little more noise than usual, but it is still much quieter at its loudest than our last refrigerator at its quietest. We did have to remove the doors to the refrigerator and freezer to get it in the house, so ensure you measure the doorways and the space before purchasing. Remember to add clearance on either side and the back for ventilation and movement.

Bought this fridge and had Best Buy deliver and install it. Only down side of the fridge at all is that the color of the fridge really shows dust! Very easy to adjust every shelf in it and has plenty of room.

didn't know what to expect except we've had good experience with other Samsung products. The fridge delivers on the core promises - cooling is effective, space is ample, design is flexible and it nicely enhances the look and feel of the kitchen overall.

As with all Samsung appliances setup was straight forward and controls were easy to understand. This refrigerator is spacious and well laid out. The shelves are customizable and easy to adjust. The only reason I didn’t give this item 5 Stars was the single lever for ice and water. You have to select which you want delivered before pushing. It took me awhile to get used to this feature as I have an older model with designated levers. Other than this minor factor, this is an excellent refrigerator.

The refrigerator is spacious, makes ice quickly and I've never owned a French door refrigerator before. We love the freezer as well and it's also very spacious. Love the areas for different types of food your storing as well. Great refrigerator!

The ice dispenser on this machine is horrendous. We previously had a Samsung fridge and the dispenser was not great, but instead of improving, it has gotten worse. There is basically no difference between crushed and cubed ice because the mechanism cannot move ice forward to dispense regardless of type. Aside from the ice, the fridge is extremely spacious and we have had no issues.

So far works well. Plenty of room. Don't like that if one side is open. You can't get water . Fridge must be closed in order to get water

Great refrigerator! The design and size of it are excellent! It has nice adjustable shelves and plenty of space, the freezer is great! One negative is there is a shelf that you can minimize to allow for taller items, that doesn't snap properly into place so just check it before you buy. I did read some negative reviews about this refrigerator but like a number of others have said, I don't find them to be a problem at all, you have to take reviews with a grain of salt, but not this one of course!

Samsung makes the worst appliances by far!! Had this fridge for 4 years & it’s been repaired so many times I’ve lost count. The final straw was when it flooded my kitchen last night after it froze over for the 3rd time & something broke internally with the water line & water was pouring out by the gallons! This would’ve destroyed my house if I wasn’t home!! RUN don’t walk away from this piece of garbage! All the reviews are from people who’ve owned it for weeks or months, but at the 12 month mark it will be a complete nightmare!!!!
