Love it!!! So far an awesome fridge gets cold love the color!!!!

Very, very satisfied with this refrigerator. It replaced a very similar one from Maytag that died after 10 years. This one is very easy to open and close the French Doors and "feels" solid and secure when it is closed. The built-in features really make this feel like a great value for the money. The Best Buy contract installation team did a perfect installation job...exactly on time and very courteous.

Love the moveable shelves, especially the one that flips up! The french doors give lots of space to put platters of food for entertaining. Just pull out and serve. The drawer in the freezer helps separate food letting you find items easily. The icemaker has kept up with my demand even after filling a small ice chest.

Very modern looking, seems to run very efficiently. Quiet but makes weird humming sounds...

I like the handy compartments without stooping. Especially, the party tray compartment. When I don't have a party tray, I can spread out my cheeses and cold cuts making it easy to find the one I want to use. Also, has it's own temperature control. I find the frozen food department makes it easier to find which food I am looking for. Easier to keep it organized. Above all, the handy ice,H2O dispenser!

This refrigerator was excellent for about 1.5 years. After that, the ice maker keeps icing/frosting up to the point that it stops working. We are now having to use a hairdryer to defrost our ice machine almost once a month. Several other people have reported the same issue yet Samsung has not fixed this flaw in their design and when I contacted them myself, I got nowhere

This is one of the best refrigerator I’ve had.elegant and sharp.

I like everything about this unit except the build of the bottom drawer. The slides are somewhat flimsy, ours broke not long after getting it. Samsung was great to deal with as they sent a new unit right away!

Had the fridge for 2 weeks. Works great. Very quiet.

Got fridge on sale. Great buy compared to other stores. Problem was with installation. They would not install water line from old fridge to new one. Ild one was plastic an they don't touch plastic. even though I purchases new line tey just left it in the box and left. Free installation only means they will plug in.

Beautiful with other appliances, lots of space in the fridge and freezer!

This fridge has a nice display where you can set the exact desired temp. It also has a quick cool button for when you put hot items in it to cool them quickly. I really like the lower section for party treats and meats that can be set to a separate temp. Overall it was a great purchase and we have been very happy with the product.
