This fridge replaced a broken dinosaur, so pretty much any fridge would of made me happier than I was. For a family of 4, of you get the 25.5 you will HAVE to have anothe fridge/freezer. We have a small one in the garage to hold beverages and frozen foods. The Samsung fridge does what it is supposed to. Fairly quiet. It has great lighting in the both fridge and freezer (LEDs). I've found that when the kids leave the left door open the alarm does not go off. Not sure why that door has issues but it does have a piece that folds out under the right door. I guess to give a good seal.

Stay away from this one. Have had major problems with ice maker building up ice and have tons of water under deli tray and now ice buildup under cover in main refrigerator! Doesn't keep food cold, had to throw all my food away! Horrible refrigerator!

We love the Samsung refrigerator not only for the spacious interior and oversized freezer drawer but the silence...other then the occasional sound of ice cubes being made, the refrigerator is QUIET. Adjustable shelves accommodates wine bottles , milk cartons, large soda bottles. Love it!

Bought this about a month ago and so far we are happy. The ice maker is a little loud but overall satisfied . Plenty of room after we go groceries shopping too.

Love this refrigerator with french doors. Doors are easy to open. Color is great. No fingerprints with black stainless steel. Does not include any baskets in the freezer department.

This is a very nice refrigerator. I like the french door design which open wide and gives you easier access to all your food. It keeps things very cold and there is plenty of space. The Best Buy delivery was A+.

Quiet, easy to use, looks great, and water line hook-up was simple. This fridge was priced well and worked perfect for a year of use. Bought another Samsung fridge after moving to a new house because if the good experience with this one.

So I gave it four...but then I realized there's this 'I would recommend this to a friend' selection and I am selecting 'no' so decided why would I give it four stars but not recommend it?? Before I say much more - I would like to point out that this is a Samsung house. We own two Samsung TVs, dryer (soon a washer, too), microwave, dishwasher, and Stove. So, don't be discouraged by the brand itself when you see this review. It might just be my 'luck' or this particular model. I was initially surprised at how noisy this refrigerator is when it runs. I've never noticed refrigerators make this much noise before when they run but maybe it's just the size and style of refrigerator. I've gotten used to it through and barely notice it anymore - I was just used to really quiet refrigerators in the past. It obviously doesn't run all the time, just through it's cool-off cycles. It does keep my food properly kept though. My last refrigerator would spoil food and destroy herbs and vegetables within a couple of days. If I went grocery shopping I had to plan my meals around my refrigerator and eat all the fresh stuff and herbs first. This Samsung keeps my food fresh for...weeks?? Last night I realized I had a bag of Thyme in there for weeks now and it looks as good as new! Also, the freezer doesn't freezer burn my food like my last one did. With my last refrigerator I had to constantly throw out freezer-burned items. The doors started to squeak and a Geek squad agent came out and put some lubricant on them. The right one started squeaking again the next day!! It's annoying but at least it's only one side now. The other side doesn't stay put when open like the one side does...just another thing that's petty and I overlook. I'm curious about the water filter. I've only had the fridge a few months and I noticed that the fresh water dispenser tray has a white crusty buildup there where water has dried. I'm not sure if I'm drinking water with metal in it...??? I'll probably have to call Geek squad and ask them about this as it might just be an issue with the filter. I just don't think I should need a filter already. I like the size and I can organize my food nicely. It holds a lot.

Looks beautiful, has everything you'd want. The only slightly negative thing I can even think to say is that sometimes the water spout drips a bit after using it and there may be a tiny pool that collects in the nook of the fridge where you would fill a glass.

Bought the Samsung RF263BEAES refrigerator and so far it works great. I have been able to adjust the compartments inside to fit my needs, keeps the food fresh and the drinks cool. Also I really like the LED lighting, makes it easier to find what you are looking for. The only issue I had at the beginning was with the water dispenser leaking. I did my research and followed the recommendation on a video online. To take at least a gallon of water from the dispenser, in order to flush any air that was in the lines. After I did this the water dispenser stopped the constant drip. ADVISE: Do a double check of the height and width of the refrigerator and the space you intend to place it in . In my case I had to do a small Remo of my kitchen cabinets . The height was .25 inches taller than my previous refrigerator, thus had to cut to adjust for height. In addition even though it should had fit width wise, the way the doors open extends about .5 inches outward thus I had move the side cabinets to give it more room. I would recommend this to refrigerator to everyone that is looking to buy one. Best of luck.

Great frig for the price when purchased with the bundled Samsung Appliance package deal! Ice machine does not produce ice very fast, but other than that a great, spacious frig.

Really like the fridge, it holds alot and so does the freezer. Some of the reviews indicated that it was loud, and it seems to be louder when make ice than my old one, but I have actually gotten used to it so it doesn't bother me any longer. Would recommend this.

I love Samsung products and this fridge didn’t disappoint. I’ve had it for a month now and so far no issues. It’s quite and once in a while it makes a little noise but it’s normal. Great storage space and it looks great in my kitchen.

We bought black stainless because of its purported ability to hide fingerprints better than regular stainless. So far, that statement has been verified. The fridge works as expected. The ice maker is a little loud sometimes, but nothing too crazy. Overall, so far, we are pleased with the product.

Bought the Samsung to replace a 25 cu. ft. GE French Door fridge that was 9 years old and on the blink. Even though they are the same size the Samsung seems to have more room in the box and the freezer as compared to the GE. Only reason for the 4 stars is the lack of a catch basin in the bottom of the water/ice dispenser. There always is some water there due to an errant ice chip or a drop or two of water. We have a dish towel hanging on the freezer drawer pull to wipe any water up. That being said, if it gives us no problems for 20 years I would give it 5 stars. Other than that minor issue we are very satisfied with its performance.

Good refrigerator. Look really nice and does a good job. Noisy than I expect but not too bad. Ice dispenser is a little slow. Does a good job with not showing fingerprints.

We needed a new fridge because the one we had stopped cooling abruptly. Wanted something as close as the one we had. This one was very close. Old one had 2 freezer drawers. This one is much louder than the LG we had, the compressor noise is very noticeable. I read on other reviews that the drawer quality and fit is not the best and I can attest to that. They "wiggle" as you open and close them. Wish that was better. The fridge cools well and the storage room is ample. I am ok with the purchase because it was on sale, but it always seems to be on sale. Delivery was good and on time. Delivery guys were friendly and professional.

It is beautiful on the outside and inside. The slide out shelves are a helpful feature. Both crisper drawers are large, I store an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables and everything fits perfectly. The shelves in the door on the left at first glance look like a waste of space however it turns out they are just right. The freezer is great large enough to separate your food and ice packs without having to dig for anything. The temperature is very consistent for both top and bottom. Water dispenser is great filtered water taste good. Down Side the ice maker works great makes good ice But is way too slow and noisy. If Samsung upgraded this that would be a plus. If you are concerned about finger prints I used Weiman Stainless Steel wipes and have no prints,dirt or streaks.

Well designed. Inside is well lighted. Drawers keep cold cuts and cheese at the perfect temp. Vegetables are crisp. Door has plenty of storage space.
