Avoid Samsung refrigerators at all costs. They have huge issues with their ice maker performance, which then cause downstream impact on the remainder of the refrigerator operations. Do a web search for "Samsung refrigerators class action" for more information. We attempted to get our ice maker on this Samsung refrigerator repaired, and went through our Geek Squad service plan to schedule the repair. The repair order was outsourced to a local repair shop (who were difficult to work with at best, and downright belligerent at worst). They came out multiple times to fix the refrigerator and left it in worse shape than it was in when they arrived. In the end, Geek Squad Special Forces were willing to consider the unit 'totalled' and are arranging for us to receive compensation for a replacement unit. Please strongly consider avoiding this, as well as any, Samsung refrigerator

Nice Fridge. The freezer is a little cramped. Need to bend all the way over to see what is in the back. Also, need to have both fridge doors open to access the pantry tray.

This fridge have so much room and love the food showcase style

This fridge is 3 years old and every shelf is ripping off the hinges. They started coming out of place the first month. Now they are all just completely ruined. I reached out to an uncaring customer support who will do nothing to fix the issue other than asking me for $71 per shelf. That is crazy. I can get a new fridge before I can replace the plastic side shelves in it. This company does not care about its customers. But another brand with better shelves.

I like this refrigerator. It has a lot of features. One thing I particularly like is the filter is down where I can easily reach it. It has fast freeze and fast cool, which is handy if you are adding several items and have the doors open more. The finish is really good with no fingerprints visible.

Love the fridge and it’s features. Can’t believe that something this nice doesn’t have something as simple as a drip tray for the water dispenser in the door though.
