This is a very nice refridgerator. It fit the space perfectly which was superior to it's predessor. There were scratches and a dimple on the front upon delivery. Best Buy offered to replace it or give us a minor discount. We accepted the latter.

Had all of the feature we wanted at a good price. Nothing else to say.

It was easy to set up and get going.Able to store everything that we need.

The only complaint is some of the door shelving is at an awkward angle, so there isn't much that can fit in it. The ice maker tends to spit out a couple extra chunks once you remove away your glass, which is a bit annoying. But overall, good fridge.

Open box item that came with handles. Upon dropping off the items, the handles were found to be the wrong color and size. Still awaiting customer service to replace with the appropriate handles.

We compared a variety of models and price points, finally choosing this Samsung model and brand. Our last kitchen upgrage was exclusively Kitchenaid, but based on performance reviews and value, we found a solid product whose performance has met our needs.

I really enjoy this refrigerator. I am impressed with the ice-making abilities. The LED lighting makes everything visible. The compartment for the freezer is very useful and big. I had a side by side before and I was apprehensive with going with the french door. So far -- no regrets. Samsung was recommended to me by several people and the Best Buy personnel. I am pleased with everything with this refrigerator thus far.

I like the frig just fine but not as well as my 20 year old frig. I like having the ice/water on the outside. Water is a good drinking temperature. Shows fingerprints bad. Supposed to be print "resistant" but not very resistant. I like the lower freezer.

I was looking for a refrigerator with more space and this was perfect

Great price for the product and it does everything

I am very happy with my purchase. I measured carefully and bought the biggest french door that I could fit into the spot. It fit like a glove! The gentleman that installed it did fantastic! They did everything and answered all of out questions. I felt like I could use it right away after they left because they took the time to show all of the little gadgets! Now that i have had it a few weeks, I love this thing!
