The family and I are ecstatic about this purchase! We needed a fridge and fast, as we just purchased and moved into our new home. My wife loves it and we can’t ask for much more! Thx Samsung and Best Buy!

This is loudest machine I ever owned. It clicks, bangs, whistles, and knocks like a haunted house. I hate this thing and I hate it in my house. The ice maker is junk too. It barely makes ice and then t does not want to dispense. Do not buy this hunk of junk

My older fridge went out during the holidays. Not a good time to go out! These days you just can't go pick-up appliances at the stores you have to wait to have them delivered. With luck we could pick-up at BB distribution center (that experience could have been better). Wish I could have had more time to shop around. This is an okay fridge. It makes loud popping noises and the compressor is loud when it turns on. The ice comes out cubed and crushed on the cubed setting. There is not a cover on bottom front so you see the wheels. I purchased this model for a great price, however, if I had to do it again, I would spend the extra to get the higher end model.

I love the fridge, but its loud and leaves fingerprints very easy. Design and look is excellent.

Great refrigerator. The internal space of this refrigerator is incredible. The frech doors and asthetics are very impressive. I love the slide out drawer in the freezer. Space utilization is awesome.

This has been a great refrigerator thus far. The only complaint I would give it is the delivery time, we had to wait two weeks without a refrigerator. This made life pretty difficult for that period of time. Other than that the item is great!

One of the handle was loose, Best buy came and fixed it after 2nd try! No other issues so far, purchased last month.

I love the refrigerator! My only complaint would be the lack door space for salad dressings, condiments, etc.

I could use this type of refrig for all of my units. Good size, solid and easy to work the features.

Very happy with this unit which is our 2nd Samsung French Door refrigerator. Some of the plastic parts could be a bit more substantial but this is a fine unit with lots of useble space.

Looked into Samsung fridges, loved the style and function, the room, the look, now am looking forward to completing the kitchen with the matching stove and microwave!

After reading alot of reviews and checking it out in store we decided to purchase and have been very pleased. Water and ice dispenser work perfectly, theres no dripping or extra ice spilling put once removing your cup.

I replaced my side-by-side refrigerator with the Samsung. My only regret is that I didn't do it before now. The delivery people were fantastic! They were prompt and friendly. Kudos to Best Buy for their fine products and customer service.

Bought this samsung fridge a few months ago, overall this fridge is really well built. I have had some issue with the sliding shelf not wanting to stay, also the ice cube maker keeps having issues with freezing over I am constantly having to take the ice cube maker tray out and having the defrost it. This is may biggest issue with the fridge

delivery guys were knowleageable about the installation and delivery of the fridge. It was set up fast and I didn't have any problem with the water and ice compared to the previous one I bought from another brand.

Love the features on this frig with good flexibility to meet our family's needs. I wish it was easier to move the shelves up and down without having to remove all the food, but I could have gotten that with a more expensive frig.

We bought this fridge in May and we have loved everything about it! The fridge fit pretty snug in the space, but we were able to set up the water line very easily and it has great functions.

We love our new fridge. I saved so much money by purchasing an open box item. The only negative aspect was having to pickup and transport it myself because delivery is unavailable for open box items. We are truly enjoying it!

Love the water dispenser and ice maker, I stopped buying bottled water because of this great filter. tastes excellent. The fridge could use more space on the inside though
