Worst refrigerator ever.

Freezer stopped freezing and finally refrigerator section would not keep temperature. Called Samsung and got no help even though the fridge was barely one year old! Had to buy a brand new refrigerator...NOT SAMSUNG !

Do not use on a GFCI outlet. Newer Electrical Code

I am very disappointed. Want to love this, but it constantly trips the GFCI (needed to be up to code) it is on. We have not been able to get any solution between Best Buy (elite plus) or Samsung. To start, our GFCI and electrical is fine and has been checked by an electrician. Originally it was bought for a new build (during COVID) which was delayed, so it had to wait in the warehouse for about 8 months. This left us with only 4 months of warranty once it was installed. It started tripping the GFCI on the first day it was installed. It was replaced once with the same model to see if it was specific to that one. The replacement didn’t start tripping the GFCI until the manufacturer warranty was finished. We were told it wasn’t designed to be on a GFCI, and to have the GFCI replaced with a regular outlet (can’t do that because it wouldn’t be to code) So now we have a fridge, not designed to be on a GFCI, on a GFCI, tripping it 4-5 times a day and no recommendations other than to break code.
