Operational functions of this unit is beyond my expectations and has a lot of space for our food. Glad we purchased this for our family.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was so excited to purchase my new samsung appliances for my new home. We had an amazing side by side from samsung at our old home and decided the new house would have all samsung appliances. The ice maker broke within first year and there are no Samsung repair people in the area so I resorted to following Samsung technician recommendation to manually defrost (sit with hairdryer and a lot of towels). I finally gave up and bought a countertop ice maker. Now I have a fridge reading 50F, and ice growing out of back vents in fridge. The ice melts and goes to the deli drawer and then I get weird soggy shredded cheese which I can only assume is from it partially melting, or excess moisture.

I was thrilled to add this beautiful black stainless fridge to my brand new kitchen. Since the 6 month mark it has had so many issues. The main issue being the ice maker freezes up, stops making ice and eventually pours out into the inside of my fridge. Seems like a small issue, but it causes puddles, and is a huge pain in the butt to chip away at ice.

The water comes out hard. I noticed a small dent but with Covid at this point it wasn’t worth someone else coming in our home. The inside is spacious. Old fridge went out quickest delivery.

The Samsung refrigerator we purchased is outstanding! Great size, great features, and great price!

Had it for a couple of days, so far working great! Looks very nice on kitchen.

I have the refrigerator for one year and only have problems. The temperate of the freezer and the fridge constantly defrost. I had Samsung tech come out and they said everything looks ok. The water tray for the water and ice cube dispenser builds up hard water marks, and it’s built in so it’s not replaceable, Samsung tech says it is what it is living in Arizona. What I though would be a great purchase turned out to be the worst fridge I have ever had.

We are very pleased with our purchases. I would recommend this to a friend.

Quite an improvement from the old refrigerator that quit on us.

We bought this fridge in 2014 and it has been nothing but problems. The bucket fills with melted ice and freezes the dispenser in place. The melting water dribbles down and pools under the crisper tray, eventually spilling out. Even though we keep our fridge 6 inches from the wall and vacuum dust regularly to keep the coils in good shape, ice builds up in the back panel, oozing out the holes inside the fridge. We've given up on the ice maker and buy bags from the grocery store. It's much cheaper than another $400 repair. If you're a nostalgic sort of person who enjoys blowdrying your icemaker monthly and every 6 months fully unplugging to defrost your fridge, then this is the one for you. Otherwise, avoid it.

This fridge is superior to anything we have owned in our entire adult life. The installers from Best Buy were very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. We hope we have guys like that for our next purchase.

This line of appliances were absolutely beautiful when they first arrived. After about a year or so, we noticed that the "black stainless" was peeling in some spots. Also, the ice maker freezes over regularly. I don't recommend this line

THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED :BIG DENT ON THE UPPER RIGHT DOOR !!! NOBODY CONTACT ME TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED PRODUCT!

We bought this refrigerator when our old refrigerator went out in mid-summer. We typically don't buy open stock items, but this Samsung frig looked like brand new and was returned because it didn't fit the opening in someone else's home (and the price was greatly reduced). We've had it for about 3 months now and are pretty happy with it. It's been quiet (much quieter than our old GE frig) and the space inside is great. The flip up shelf and the optional 1/2 shelf make configurations inside the frig much nicer. The quality of the drawers/slides is much nicer than other lower-end French door frigs and the LED lighting gives the inside a modern/sleek look. Samsung did a nice job making small shelves in the door with the ice maker so that very small bottles, etc. can fit in there nicely even though you're losing space in that door with the added ice maker. The only negative is that the ice maker pretty much makes crushed ice, even if cubes are selected, and when the ice comes out it kind of spits and makes a mess. If I want cubed ice, however, I can pull the ice bin out and pull some out manually, so this doesn't really bother me.

I've had this fridge for about a month now and I absolutely love it. I like the look of stainless steel but chose the black stainless because I loath fingerprints. I've had to wipe it down with water and a soft rag here and there but that would go with any fridge and a house full of teens. The install was a breeze. The tech did inform me that because of the tubes being new I would have to run about a gallon of water through to help clear the line of any softeners and it helps to clear the line of any bubbles within the tubing and I'd have to throw away the first tray of ice. To be on the safe side, I throw away the first 2 trays and cleared two gallons of water. There isn't or hasn't been any air bubbles in the water dispenser and not water spills due to the fridge not having a drip tray. It has happened when I was being impatient and moving my cup too early. The freezer door and drawer are easy to open and the drawers do not feel flimsy, which again is great when you have rough teens. The fridge doors open easily and require a little pressure to close them completely which I find helpful when again again I have rough people in the house as this prevents them from slamming the doors. Inside the fridge the shelves are movable. I'd say the only thing I didn't care for is the little amount of space for tall things. The ice maker in the fridge takes away some space in the door compartments so I do not put tall items in those compartments to take away more space for condiments. However I do make it work. We are happy with our purchase.
