This replacement refrigerator fits into the space of our old one and seems to be working good at this time. Can't put all the old magnetic cards on the new one though.

I have had my new refrigerator for a month and so far so good. It is a very good looking refrigerator, has a lot of room, and I love the middle drawer!

The negative reviews are spot on! There is even a Facebook page that is going after Samsung to recall, fix or replace this horrible refrigerator. The Ice Maker is the worst I have ever encountered in more than 40 years of having refrigerators. The Samsung IS noisy. The design could be better to maximize space. But the biggest negative on this fridge is that the Ice Maker freezes up constantly and no ice comes out until you clean out the entire ice making container inside the fridge. DON'T BUY SAMSUNG REFRIGERATORS. Be forewarned.

We’ve had the fridge for almost a month and no complaints on this. Only downfall might be figuring out the fridge space and moving shelves around but you have the added drawer for meats, cheese, etc. We bought a longer water line and installed that ourselves (piece of cake) and better than paying an extra $130+ for installation. The delivery guys were great and took great care getting the fridge in its place and making sure all was working and in order.

I needed a narrower fridge and this one could be ordered that way but still with the features I wanted and that only seemed to be available in 36 inch wide ones from other companies.

Never actually got to use the item, since it was just one inch too big for our tiny kitchen door frame. Otherwise, I chose this one over the competitors.

My refrigerator still does not have the water line hooked up, so I am unable to confirm or deny the reports of other models of this sort leaking. It is the slimmest of any model I could find, but it is still slightly too wide for the opening in my kitchen. Other than those two issues, I absolutely love it. It is spacious, well lit and just what I was looking for.

This refrigerator was exactly what we needed. The black stainless steel truly does hide fingerprints, and it runs quiet and smooth.

I love this refrigerator but you must buy the Geek Squad extended warranty. The Ice maker will break. We purchased this in 2015, bought the 5 year extended, and have had the ice maker repaired 3 times. In between repairs, we end up chipping ice off so that it will make ice again. Other than that, love it!

Awesome finally something that doesn’t leave finger prints. My neighbor said it looks sexy. The only thing I don’t like is I had to take a shelf out to put my tall milks coffee creamer and so I lost a shelf. Also the manufacturer needs to put the plastic covering on the frig after it’s put together. I can’t get the plastic covering totally off. Whoever came up with that was not very smart.

everything woks, looks great and fitted the kitchen cutout nicely because the width was less than the standard refrigerator width. Given manufacturing tolerance issues, home builder tolerance issues, expecting everything to fit is not realasitc. Too much uncertainty. My initial choice was measured by a Best Buy contractor and it didn't fit even though he said it would. So instead of jaming it into the cutout i had them take i back and opted for this model. And am happy.

This is my first through the door refrigerator. 3x since purchase ice machine clogged/froze up. After reading a lot of reviews and other internet sources, we find leveling is the key. This was installed by Best Buy so it is disappointing that such a known problem wasn't level when installed. Even so, we continue to have intermittant issues but much better. With my husband's medical condition, it is important for him to have a constant supply of iced water. When the ice dispensor works, it is wonderful. When it doesn't, it takes hours to pick out the ice frozen/wedged, the hair dryer to melt it out, level checking again and wait for the ice maker to refill. For the cost and considering the known Samsung problems, this is disappointing.

I love this fridge. It is just the right size. The flex drawer is the best feature for me. The overall design of the fridge is great. You can adjust the shelves and bins easily. I also have the smaller version of this model 22.6cu.ft. don't love it as much because it is so much smaller. This model also comes in a glossy white which is easy to clean. Love this fridge.

drawers and shelves make it easy to store and find everything quickly. Water and Ice in door is convenient. Appears to be pretty energy efficient so far.

Fit our narrow space. Is a good size refrigerator. Love the style and drawers. Just got it inJune. After just 2 weeks stopped making ice, Quick fix by pulling out the container and releasing a couple cubes that jammed. So far all is fine now.

I have had for a few weeks and I love it! Love middle drawer and how Samsung makes it easy to get inside drawers out for someone like me that has a wall right next to the one door and can't open more than 90degrees. I kept my ice cube tray from previous fridge but k have yet to use it. Love the outer water and ice machine!!
