Everything we wanted. Fits a ton of stuff and the extra drawer for deli meats or wine is an added bonus. It makes some noise at first, but I think that is just the fridge regulating its temperature. After about a day, it settles down and is now completely silent.

Love the fact that I can make the middle drawer into a wine cooler. Separate wine coolers alone can cost north of 1000...so if you don’t mind loosing a tad of space, having a wine cooler implicit in this unit is definitely the way to go.

Great refrigerator with lots of room. Resistant to finger prints

First time buying a Samsung appliance. This refrigerator was a great investment. Looks amazing in the kitchen but also provides a great amount of room for food. We have a young child and the middle section of the refrigerator we have dedicated to her food. Works great!

I wanted this specific fridge in white and so I had to special order it. I waited approx 8-9 weeks and when I finally got it I loved it! I have been using it for about a month and I can't find anything that I don't like about it. The ice and water were easy to hook up, and the adjustable shelves are awesome. I can adjust and rearrange the inside for whatever I am doing.

Love this fridge 1st time having a French door one. The only thing I have a complaint about is the ice maker makes a lot of noise as it refills the storage compartment 1st time it did it we thought someone was knocking on the door.

I have had my new refrig about 1 mos and I am absolutely thrilled with it. It is so spacious and well designed for convenience. The separate deli drawer is a feature that is exceptional! At this point I have no negatives. In addition the delivery and setup was great and done by very qualified and considerate men.

Honestly one thing I thought might be frivolous was that flex drawer. Well, couldn't be further from the truth. I don't think I could live without it. Besides that everything is about as perfect as you could hope for. I absolutely love it and boy did I do my homework before purchasing. Oh and if you are hesitating to get black stainless steel, don't it is stunning!

I am very happy with new refrigerator. It is very nice

The fridge looks awesome works flawless (3 weeks) but the space for food not frozen on top it’s not really what I expected. Maybe it’s because I have to buy the slim version 33”. But you can not put a bottle without raising the top shelf.

It took over 24 hours to reach freezer temperature even with the power shot. It has a constant high pitched noise that most people will not hear. Having the beverage drawer is nice. Our water dispenser drips so we turned it off. It is neat looking and there is more freezer space than it appears at first glance. But almost $4000 is too much for this. Our refrigerator died so we were in a bind.

So far so good. It's a beautiful refrigerator, l love the features. My first order was no longer available so it was canceled. So I wound up getting this model for more money and features I wasn't originally planning on. I'm glad I got this one. Cost more but it was on sale, and still worth it. Very happy with it so far.

Great fridge - spacious - bright interior - love the middle draw!

I am very happy with my purchase. I read several reviews for Samsung refrigerators before purchasing, and I almost did not buy a Samsung due to some of the negative comments about the loud 'popping' sound. I have not had this issue at all, and the fridge has been extremely quiet since the day I bought it. I'm glad I decided to go with this model, I love it!

We bought this fridge a couple years ago from a different store due to the size requirements in our house. We have had to defrost the refrigerator 2-5 times a year due to the condenser freezing over and the fan stopping because of it. We caught it early this time due the ice hitting the fan sooner, usually the condenser is 1/2 to 2/3 frozen over. When I talked to Samsung I got the run around from them and all they asked was it a Samsung tech that came to the house. We have had numerous service calls on the fridge and no luck. We had a tech rom Best Buy come out for a different appliance and he looked at it and said it is a computer issue and it costs about $500 to fix and that Samsung knows about the issues and ignores it.

Same feature as the high models at the right price. Extended warranty is a must for Samsung products. Would of given it 5 stars but the compressor is kinda loud.

It was challenging finding a fridge with french doors and a flex draw when the space for a fridge in my kitchen is exactly 36 inches wide. Not only did this fit and has it worked great but I was able to find matching appliances made by samsung with the special features and challenging spaces I was working with.

This refrigerator looks great and appears to be well designed. Did have issue with getting the glass out above the drawers but it was a pretty quick fix after calling the Geek Squad and having a tech come out and fix the problem. Great storage capacity & makes it easy to organize.

The freezer drawers help keep things organized. Love the separate fridge drawer for meat and cheese. Water dispenser fills even large glasses quickly! Filter is easy to change, no more having to clear a shelf to reach it. Black stainless is sharp, and doesn't show fingerprints and smudges as much as regular stainless.

Over the past 4 years, we have purchased 3 of the Samsung 4-door refrigerator. Let me explain...in 2017, we had purchased our first Samsung and within 6 months, moved back to Florida from California, meaning it went with the house. We were so pleased with the item, we bought one for our new house in FL. And yes, you can see ahead, we just sold that house and of course that Samsung stayed. So...we are in our final home and that means a 3rd Samsung. They have such great features and work and work and work without problems.
