Great experience from purchase to delivery and installation

Good package deal from Best Buy. Recommend Best Buy for a lot of things.

We are very happy with the new Samsung refrigerator. Well designed and laid out, especially the middle drawer. The only problem is the noise caused by the ice maker dropping new ice. First few nights it woke us up, five rooms away.

All Items are very Happy, I will recomend to my daughter

We bought this refrigerator because it was the only one Best Buy carried that would fit into the space we had for the refrigerator. Overall, I have been very happy with the refrigerator. It has a lot more overall space than my old side-by-side refrigerator/frreezer. The only negative thing I have found is that it is hard to fit taller items in this refrigerator. It will only hold one gallon of milk standing up, and I have to push a partial shelf back to get that to fit. If I have more than gallon of milk, the others have to lay on their side to fit.

I love having the ice and water on the door. I like that I can adjust the temp. for the drawer. The freezer stuck at first. I had to have someone come out. I was afraid I would break it. It just needed to be pulled harder.

We LOVE this refrigerator!! It is quiet and has a sleek modern design, we use the middle drawer for drinks. It keeps them the perfect temperature.

Love the space in it for being a smaller refrigerator. Lots of organizing space however my only complaint to this point is the shelf’s have very limited space to adjust. We have several juice, milk and two liter bottles we use. In order to store upright you have to flip up, push back part of a shelf or remove a shelf all of which you lose shelf space. There’s room tin refrigerator to adjust to accommodate for this but the tracks to adjust don’t go up that far?!

while I love the layout and the convenience of the middle drawer, we have had several issues with this expensive refrigerator... we have replaced the ice maker (250$) only to have it break again about 6 months later. we are now having temperature issues in the main fridge area. In the future, I will save Samsung for TVs and not purchase any appliances made by them.

This is a nice looking fridge. It has a lot of storage space.

We have had this for a couple months and we just love it. It looks great on the outside and on the inside. Love the ice and water in the door. The freezer hold a lot. Overall we would recommend this to anyone.

I loved the fridge from the moment I saw it online- it was even better when I saw in the store- so many excellent features. Plenty of fridge and freezer space AND a flex drawer that I can adjust to my needs- perfect!

I love my new Samsung refrigerator. It is beautiful with black stainless (looks like a mirror). Keeps my produce fresh, and I love the extra drawer. I like to keep things organized with little effort.

I bought this off of Consumer Reports ratings. So far, love it! The flex drawer is great for bottled water, drinks, or meats. Takes a bit to figure out how to organize but awesome once you get that down!

We are enjoying our new fridge but it is extremely loud when you are shutting the freezer drawer.

This refrigerator is great. It does a good job of keeping food at the right temp. I have already noticed that my greens are lasting longer. It looks great too, and is easy to keep the stainless steel polished.
