Upset w/ this product. Im expecting good quality condition i did not notice on the day of delivery that the front door is not aligned. Need to call costumer service. On the nxt day ice maker is not working till now after 20 days its not fix yet.

The black part of the stainless steel is peeling off the drawers just after a year of purchase!

Don’t ever Purchase this Refrigerator I had Purchased 2 years ago and the cooling system not working technicians came out to fix and they were also unable to do the Job. I called Samsung they not giving me a full refund so now I am forced to Purchased another Refrigerator with money I don’t have. Again Stay away from Samsung they’re not the best.

How did return the first one the second one has a dent that’s some cool properly and no one will return my calls

So, I had limited choices being I have a wall on one side so needed a 33" wide model to accomodate being able to open and close the french doors. I have white appliances but got a great open box deal on this SS one and I really am enjoying it and doesn't look as mismatched as I thought it would with my white stove/microwave. Ice/water in the door works great, it's quiet, plenty of room for everything and the middle drawer is awesome for quick items. I checked the temperature in each zone and it's exactly what it should be. Huge freezer and the little inside lip space is perfect for ice packs. It's top rated on consumer reports but I did have multiple people say that Samsung customer svc is HORRIBLE so fingers crossed that I never have to use them. Only though we have only owned it a few weeks now, my son and I are very much enjoying this fridge.

I love my new refrigerator from top to bottom. Only wish I could put magnets on the front. (Samsung -- Design idea: put metal behind the stainless steel since stainless steel doesnt attach to magnets.) I cant think of any negatives. I love the adjustable shelves inside that move and flip up and down and slide in and out. This may sound crazy -- but I love the ice. It doesn't melt too fast nor is it too hard. Occasionally after I finish my soft drink, I like to chew up the ice. This ice crushes nice and easily. Love the adjustable temperature of the middle draw and love having the freezer on the bottom (Cant figure out if the light turns off when the door is closed though - lol)

I had never had the opportunity to purchase a new refrigerator having always accepted what came with the apartments and houses I lived in. However, in my current condo, the refrigerator did not have an ice maker so I started researching a possible replacement. I was limited because the space available was only 33 inches. So I started researching 33-inch refrigerators and came across this model. It was highly rated and reviewed and now I know why. I really love having a bottom freezer and the French doors on top. I have more than enough space -- and I'm excited to have filtered water and 2 kinds of ice in the door. But I particularly enjoy the middle drawer which I use for storing the soft drinks! Other features I love: all compartments are well lit with LED's. It maintains the set temperature with no problems. And it is particularly quiet compared to other refrigerators I've had. I also really appreciate the sliding shelves that give me the ability to store particularly tall items. I really have no complaints after 5 weeks of enjoyment. If you're looking for a 33-inch refrigerator -- THIS is the one to get!

I love the French door look, it provides everyday fresh food at eye level giving easy access to fresh food. This is 33 inches wide, yet it stores more than my old GE 33 inch model. It is easier to reach refrigerated food instead of bending down with my old side by side. I was amazed to see how much the freezer holds. I didn't realize the freezer has a top drawer that holds more than I expected. No glitches with the ice maker. The finish on the stainless steel is glass smooth. The water filter is in between the 2 bottom drawers in the upper french door area. I read negative things about the ice falling being loud, it is but it functions smoothly as compared to my GE. We had the unit repaired only a year after purchase, and I spent $750.00 on replacing a frozen water line on the old one, the ice function has always been either non working or backed up and didn't come out in a smooth delivery. I needed this size for my townhouse and I think it is able to store more than I expected. I really like the layout of this model. I had back surgery and this is easy to lift out items from the bottom instead of pulling things out in the back of a shelf in my old side by side. Another thing to know is bottom freezers are the best functioning spot for any refrigerator to not have problems. I am really pleased. I bought a Samsung because every family member and friend has replaced old refrigerators with Samsung and everyone has only compliments and satisfaction. Best Buy has the best financing also.

First of all, the overall space of this refrigerator is 24.73 cubic feet yet is only 32.75 inches wide which allowed us to fit it into the unusually narrow opening we have in our kitchen. Most refrigerators with this much space are 36 inches wide, so this was a HUGE selling point for me. The middle drawer (Flex Zone) is also a nice feature for which you can adjust the temperature independently of the main refrigerator. It has 4 different temperature settings which allows you to use it for a variety of items: -- Meat/Fish (29°F) – Cold Drinks (33°F) – Deli/Snacks (37°F) – Wine/Party Dishes (42°F) And it has an organizer that allows you to separate drinks from deli or whatever you choose to put into it. The water and ice dispenser in the door is great because it dispenses water and ice cubes quickly which my old refrigerator did not do very well. You can set the temperature of the freezer to between 5 °F and -8°F and the refrigerator to between 44 °F and 34 °F. There are also a lot of other nice features like power freeze, energy saver, an adjustable shelf for tall items, and you can turn off the ice maker to conserve energy. It also runs very quietly. Overall a great refrigerator that I could recommend to anyone.

We like this frig a lot. Has plenty of room and the upper drawer can be opened without opening the doors. This is a real plus over models where the drawer is behind the doors. You then have to open both doors to open the drawer. This 2 drawer, 2 door Samsung is way better. If you have a problem with water dispenser leaking, make sure the water filter is completely tightened & then run at least a gallon of water through it. Controls are easy to use & well thought out. Nice & bright lighting. Makes ice quickly. Only minus was there is only 1 door shelf that can accommodate tall things like a gallon of milk unless you remove one. This means you have to open one of the shelves for additional tall items, but it is very roomy for the size.

This fridge is slightly smaller than our previous side-by-side fridge. Love the light/brightness of the main compartment. Am still struggling where to put over size containers. The storage space in the doors is smaller and shorter such that some items have to be stored on the main shelves. Really like the freezer compartment with the top and main drawers. A favorite as other reviewers have mentioned is the middle drawer. We use it for our beverages mainly. It keeps it at just the right temperature. The water dispenser tube I believe is a bit narrower so it seems to take a bit longer to fill the glass. Filtered water tastes great. Ice dispenser crushed ice is so-so. Cubed ice is good. However it is a bit loud (as other reviewers noted). Overall I am happy with my purchase. The features, style, price make this a good buy. (I've had this fridge a bit over a month.)

Love the middle drawer. We call it the "Kids Section". Keeps the kids from opening the main refrig section. The freezer on the bottom is great and Refrigator on top. Saves my back a lot of pain since everything is at eye level. What I don't like is not much room for large jugs like milk, orange juice, Liter Coke, etc. Reason I got the 33" wideth which is small for a family with 3 or more persons is that's all the space I had available without remodeling. So if you have more room get the larger 27 cubic feet or above. The style and design is perfect.

We looked at a few places for a new fridge to match the stainless exterior of our other appliances. Some whe too large for our space, others had small ice makers (my wife loves her ice). We stopped in to Best Buy to browse some tablets and ventured over to the appliance area. When we saw the features and overall dimensions on this unit we were very excited. Once we started looking at the cooler drawer and the double fridge doors we knew this was the one. The ice maker is a big plus too. And then there are the moveable shelves and storage for pp, milk and juice cartons. Whew, glad that purchase was finally done. Now that we've had this fridge for a month our decision is confirmed. If o have a complaint it's that the fridge is not whisper quiet like our dishwasher but it certainly doesn't sound like a machine gun either. Very happy indeed.

My favorite by far is being able to flip up shelves, push shelves back etc. I was really upset at first having to go with a 33inch fridge as that is all I had the room for. Used to much bigger fridge in old house. Was kinda worried if this fridge was going to work and I have been quite surprised on how much room this fridge actually has! You have so many different options with the controls for temp for your food and I love this. Only problem I had is the very first day the bottom handle popped off but Best Buy immediately ordered a new fridge. Doesn't come in until the 22nd and it is gonna suck to have to get the temp back cold but with the power freeze option for fridge and freezer it really doesn't take long. Only other thing that is kinda gonna suck to redo is changing out the ice and water. You have to like empty the ice maker like 3X before using and same with water. Thats the only thing that really takes time to do. Other than those issues this is a great fridge and holds a lot of food and keeps the temp at what you want it for that specific food.

I like everything about this refrigerator except the freezer compartment. There is a sliding drawer on top for quick access to frequently used frozen foods. But, when you open and close the freezer drawer, the tray hits the back of the drawer and makes a loud banging sound. And when you close the drawer, it hits the back of the freezer and bangs again. This may not be a big deal for many but it annoys me. Otherwise, I like this product.

Pro's: Amazing capacity for a smaller sized unit. Love the middle drawer (we use it for lunch meats, cheeses and snacks) Interior shelving is very flexible via adjustments and hinged shelving. Water and Ice in door works great Excellent lighting throughout Quick, consistent cooling and freezing. Cons: Slightly louder than our previous fridge (but probably due to in door ice and top-mount icemaker). Only fits one milk jug per door shelf (not a huge deal, but good to know). On balance - we LOVE our new fridge, all is fitting well, the interior design is excellent and the geek squad installation was great.

Refigerator review Summary - Beautiful Beast - so glad I ignored the negative reviews The ice maker on my side-by-side went out and I had been looking for an excuse to replace it with a French door refrigerator anyway, so I started researching. Our space is small, so we are limited to 33" width which narrows down our selection quite a bit. There were about four models to choose from that had the ice maker in the door in the size and style I wanted. The Samsung was the front-runner during all my research, but it kept getting knocked down due to all the negative reviews about the Samsung ice makers and the lawsuit. Many reviews mentioned this, but only one showed a picture of the problem. It was clear to me that the issue is with older versions of their ice maker, because that wasn't the same one in the model I purchased. I decided to go ahead and take a chance - so far so good! I love everything about this beautiful beast of a refrigerator! The black stainless is just gorgeous, as is the lighted blue display panel above the water and ice dispenser. It has plenty of storage in both the fridge and freezer section for our needs. My favorite things so far: - The flex drawer. We call it the beer drawer. This thing will hold two cases of beer and keep them extra cold. - The tall water and ice dispenser with the ice cubes that actually fit into my water bottle and contego mug. The water has a shutoff feature that keeps you from overfilling a pitcher - nice! - The light in the water and ice dispenser that can be programmed to stay on all the time or light up only when in use - super nice! - Digital temperature controls for the fridge and freezer - no more guessing what the temp is set to. - The freezer is actually one cubic foot smaller than my previous fridge, but holds SO MUCH MORE! I've never had a freezer on the bottom and I have to say it's a huge improvement over the side-by-side. - The bright beautiful lights that eliminate every inch of this baby - Two produce drawers! The only things that could use improvement: - The doors could open a little bit further - The moveable divider in the flex drawer would be so much better if you could lock it (starting with the 2019 models, that piece now locks) - The ice maker could be larger. It makes a decent amount of ice in each batch, but it's not enough to use in our medium sized cooler so we have to store ice in the freezer drawer for that.
