I bought this fridge specifically because of the middle drawer. Like the fact that I can change it to either a refrigerator or freezer drawer. Also, drawers in the main unit open without having to open both doors. That's a nice plus, compared to other brands where the produce drawers won't slide open unless you open both doors. Great storage space and super bright LED lighting. Love it! Thoroughly satisfied!

We looked at many before choosing this one - our options were limited to 33 inches wide bc of our kitchen set up- this has everything you need and more - the flex drawer was not something we wanted but we had no choice as this was one of the few that had everything else that we wanted (stainless - gallon doors - bottom freezer - French doors - ice - water) and now I would never buy another without the flex drawer - it's perfect for water soda yogurt etc - I love this refrigerator!!

This is my second purchase of this ref. we had to dwpnsize because we moved. We first had the 28cubic feet then we recently bought the 24 cubic feet. This ref has so much room for a family with kids. Veggies and fruits stay fresh for a long time. The drinks section is awesome too. The freezer has different sections that I find so cool. I can separate the meat and fish from the frozen cakes or other ready tp eat items.

My old refrigerator was noisy had no freezer space. This one is super everything is easily accessible. I Love the snack drawer I keep water lite snacks in there if you are having a get together you can chill your wine and cheese snacks in the 2nd shelf. Very easy to keep clean I just use a refresh cloth and wipe it down. But what I would rave the most about is the customer service that I have received at BEST BUY!!! Incredible!!! I won't go anywhere else!!!

Operates much quieter than expected, only really hear ice dropping into bin. Water dispenser spray is strong, so be careful till you get accustomed or water will spray on the floor and around dispenser. Love the deli drawer in the middle. Kids can get their snacks without opening French doors which lessens chances of doors left ajar. I like the beverage holder on the right door, holds gallon of milk and half gallon carton and qt size creamer. If you need to store more than a gallon at a time, interior shelves will need adjustment. Only downside is cleaning of the black exterior. I was used to using a disenfecting wipe for a cursory cleanse, but streaking makes it look even dirtier. Use a microfiber cloth to buff. Don't use paper towels, will cause scratches.

The fridge is easy to use. Each individual space is set up with easy to use temperature controls. The ice machine keeps up with everyday use even though it is small. The main storage areas have tons of space and the drawer in the freezer keeps things much more organized. The bummer is that the shelf space is very small on the door that is on the same side as the ice maker because the the machine and the ice and water filling devices on the doors exterior. Its also a very heavy fridge.

I really like this frig. Didn't know if I would ever use the middle drawer, and it has become a huge benefit to me for snacks as well as bread and butter storage. I wish the door alarm was louder. It was a much better decision over the LG I was considering. Makes plenty of ice, and the door shelves easily hold a gallon of milk and a half gallon of juice with space behind the juice for other bottles.

This Samsung refrigerator replaced a GE Profile side by side I had only had maybe 3 years. Because of that purchase, I read reviews, checked out what customer service was like and any repetitive issues that showed up in the reviews . I love the space in this refrigerato . My old one had more cubic ft but this one has a better use of the space for me. The freezer looked small but it's not. I couldn't believe how much it held. My fruits and vegetables are staying fresh much longer than my old fridge. That in itself is saving me money but I was surprised when my power bill actually dropped some from what it was with my last fridg . The lighting is great so I don't have anymore containers lost in dark corners. The best feature for me...it actually makes crushed ice like it says instead of cubes with the edges chipped off. I love my new refrigerator!

MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR SAMSUNG FRIGE, IT WAS EXACLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR, PLENTY OF STORAGE AND I ESPECIALLY LIKE THE MIDDLE DRAWER

Great French door refrigerator. The refrigerator section has plenty of room and the extra drawer provides additional room and you have the flexibility of using the space for either frozen food, drinks, or refrigerated items. The interior space is easily accessed through the French doors and the bin freezer is large enough for a couple or small family. The only negative is the stainless steel shows handprints and needs to be wiped down daily.

I wanted a white Refrigerator with 3 drawers and water and ice in the doors. We chose the Samsung. We were replacing a KitchenAid side by side. The second day of ownership it started making all kinds of noises. We had bought the extended warranty through the Geek Squad. At the time of purchase we were told the Geek Squad would take care off all repairs. We called the Geek Squad. No answer. Tried calling again, no answer. Went into the store. Told them what was going on. They said no problem we will replace it. Great. Then they told us we can't get anymore white ones. Would you take a stainless steel? All of my other appliances are white. I said I would have to buy all new appliances. Was told Geek Squad can't work on it until after the first year of ownership. We have to use Samsung. Well, called Samsung. Talked to someone from India that couldn't understand what I was saying, and I couldn't understand what they were saying. Finally, I was told a repairman would call within 48 hours. A week later, I'm still waiting for that call. BEYOND FRUSTRATION. Guess I will send it back and get an LG.

This was a perfect fit for the smaller than normal opening we had and we love the convenience of the middle drawer. Our kids can help themselves to healthy snacks as the drawer is at just the right height for them. This is our first fridge with a water/ice dispenser and we've been very happy with it's performance.

This refrigerator is beautiful and spacious I had an old Amana that was still working wanted to update my kitchen love the crushed and cubed ice dispenser along with a filtered ice cold water there is abundance of storage just an awesome refrigeratorI would highly recommend this refrigerator love it

The fridge works great and looks beautiful. The extra drawer is really handy. The fridge is quiet and water and icemaker work very well. only complaint and this is common with French Door is that the space is a little limited.

Very nice refrigerator. Quiet operation, well built, plenty of space and built in features.It is somewhat expensive, but Best Buy beat everyone on price.Space is limited for gallon containers and tall items.

This refrigerator is taller and deeper than my old side by side. So far, I love everything about it, but the door shelves. In my side by side, I was able to fit 2 milk gallons next to each other in the door. I can only fit one now. Additionally, the shelves in the door with the ice dispenser are much too small to fit most items. I currently have sticks of butter and cream cheese in them. The shelves inside the fridge are also much shorter than I am used to. I have to keep all my extra milk, and other tall containers in my second fridge. The ice dispenser is small, but replenishes ice quicker than my old fridge. I discounted a star due to the set up of the shelving.

So nice to have a stylish, quiet, economic running refrig. I have a smaller built in space for my refrigerator in my kitchen. I've been looking for over a year to find a bottom freezer with ice/water dispenser on the door that would fit into the space. Found it with the Samsung, great refrigerator. Would recommend it to everyone.

Only had it a little over a month so really can't speak to durability or anything, but REALLY LOVE the design and functionality of this fridge! My husband has said multiple times how much he likes the layout and that is high praise! Very easy to see what's in there and well lit. I added a couple of lazy susans to make it perfect.

This was our first try on a four door Frig and we love it. Lots of room and great Samsug quality and reliability. For anyone who can't decide between a 3-Door or a 4-Door, The 4 is the way to go. You will pleasantly surprised and the room and easy of getting out smaller items

This is a beautiful fridge and it works great! My only complaint is that the manufacturer neglected to brush some of the stainless so I'm having to get a new door. Best buy has been helpful with this though, so overall, great purchase
