We have very restrictive space for fridge. It is in the corner, against a wall, next to a window with a sill. We could not fully open the door of our previous fridge but the height of the door and drawers allowed us to open everything fully. The shelving layout is technically customizable but the suggested layout works really well with lots of options for storing tall items. The server drawer is useful for storing quick snack items or leftovers. We really like the ability to choose different the temperature profiles. There are metal slideable and adjustable rails that permits you to create up to four areas but there is no way to lock the rails in place so our wine bottle still rolls. A good idea but needs a locking mechanism. The freezer is large and has a movable vertical divider to adjust left or right to suit our pizza habit. It also has a drawer, letting you store and organize and quickly access lots of 2-3 serving leftover containers for nights you're too tired to cook something fresh. No digging to the bottom of the drawer to find that chicken soup you made last month. The water dispenser with the option for cubed of crushed ice is nice. The filter is easy to access and replace. However the shelving on the door holding the dispenser is not really functional, limiting the height and width of anything you want to store there, due to where the cube dispenser is located. The ice maker storage is a good size for the two of us and we drink lots of water with ice. It's easy to remove for cleaning. The one thing I will say though is that the stated storage capacity is accurate. While the icecube make does take up some space, that space is not included when they calculated the storage capacity. It's not the case that they are claiming 25 Cu ft but it's really 23 because the ice machine takes up 2 (as an example). A feature I really like is the power cool/power freeze. After making a hot meal I can place it in the fridge almost immediately, hit the power cool and it kicks into gear keeping the interior of the fridge from warming up as much as our previous standard fridge.

We priced different places and even tho the prices were close-Best Buy brought it right in and installed it. The only complaint I have with it is getting a half-gallon of milk in the door shelves-it can be done-make sure the cap is on good. The middle door is wonderful as it makes it easy to get items without opening the large doors- It runs very quiet compared to our side-by-side we had. I couldn't believe they make so many sizes as we only have 33" width- Fit perfect! It runs perfect! Perfect.

Needed a modern refrigerator for a smaller condo space. This Samsung is the perfect size and still has all the features and the look and feel of the standard full sized ones. Just a few inches made all the difference. Would recommend for anyone looking for a slightly smaller space.

I love the flexibility of the shelving in the refrigerator and the freezer sections. It seems to keep fresh strawberries quite a bit longer. I like the refrigerator being above the freezer and the middle drawer for lunch items. We no longer need to keep refilling the Brita for fresh cold water. I don't like that although it is 24.5 cubic foot that it seems to have less storage in the refrigerator and freezer sections as the old 22.0 cubic foot refrigerator. i also miss the meat/cheese drawer.

lots of space and good looking, love the convience of the freezer on the bottom and the storage unit in the middle so you do not have to open the whole refrigerator, to get to your most used items

We purchased our Samsung, 4-door, 24.73 cubic foot, French Door refrigerator during the Best Buy 2017 Memorial Day sale period. We were pleased that we could easily arrange delivery and installation, online. The actual delivery, however, was something of a hassle, since the sub-contracted delivery driver failed to keep his appointed time window and didn't call to update us. After I placed calls to Best Buy and the delivery dispatcher, the team showed up, hours late. Then, delivery and installation went smoothly. Best Buy made a small customer adjustment for our time and inconvenience. We love the new refrigerator, but the ice maker is already clogged and non-operational. An unhappy experience with Samsung online chat, forced me to call the toll-free Samsung Help Line. That exchange proved to be much more satisfactory and we are, this afternoon, awaiting the arrival of the Samsung repair man to fix our ice maker. If he can remedy the problem, we will be very happy customers...and I can, with mild reservation, recommend the refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator. Nice look and very bright inside. Love the freezer on the bottom and the extra cooled drawer.

I absolutely love this refrigerator since I got it in 2013. It's very spacious well laid out I love the four doors and the fact that I can fit just about anything in it ..... The only issue with this refrigerator is the ice machine leaking down the front of the fridge! It is a known issue with this model which saddens me because it likes to leak down the front and on the floor. Due to my location no one will come and repair the refrigerator so I was given the option of replacing the fridge with the same model or a model of my choice. I really enjoyed the features that this refrigerator has with the French doors, the freezer that slides out and the separate drawer to store drinks or cheeses or lunch meats in. It may choosing a model very difficult because I really just want the same refrigerator without the leaking icemaker!

We have had this fridge for a week so there are things we still have to learn about it. But, the first thing we noticed is that it holds a lot more than our last refrigerator- a standard top-freezer model. The door shelves and the extra drawer in the middle make it easy to organize and find everything we need. It's quiet and keeps things cold, as expected. We are extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Keeps everything VERY cold, lots of capacity and fits in a small space

This refrigerator is beautiful, roomy and I love the smaller drawer for our beverages. My only complaint is the ice maker. When I purchased, salesperson said the ice dispenser would stop making cubes when it was full. But the instructions/booklet say otherwise. Also the cubes come out sometimes crushed, sometimes broken and sometimes whole. I plan on placing a call about that. But I love, love, love the refrigerator. So bright, roomy and easy to clean.

Love it, This fridge gives you all the space you need with little bells and whistles. Which I could go for the next model but that was wider than I could do.

I like the fridge. It cools nice and the freezer storage is great for us. I'm somewhat disappointed in the noise that it makes. It is very loud for a fridge. The last fridge we had(Maytag) was a lot quieter than this one. I would recommend if you don't mind louder than usual operation.

I’ve been really happy with this fridge. I have 3 little kids and I’ve assigned the middle drawer for their foods and drinks. It’s great!

We bought this refrigerator after hearing that "icing up design flaws" were fixed. They were, but the ice-maker also had un-fixed design flaws. after 8 tries, the Geek-Squad says they cannot fix it, and they will give me a new refrigerator (great except they dont sell that model anymore, so I have to pay the difference between my old "sale" price and the current model price, and my warantee will not transfer to the new unit). So $800 later, there is no gaurantee that the new ice maker will work either (same slow dispenser design), I'm bummed.

Its a nice and spacious fridge..only negative is that water flow in the door could be better. it takes little bit of time to fill a glass of water.

We previously had this model fridge in a larger size, but when we bought our new house the fridge wouldn't fit in the space. So we sold it and bought the exact same fridge in the smaller size. We love the features and looks of this fridge so much we wanted the same exact one. Only cons, as others have mentioned, is that the ice maker is loud when ice drops. Also the ice maker doesn't store a large amount of ice if you wanted to fill a cooler, it's basically only used for occasional glasses of ice. Those are the pros and cons of through-the-door ice dispensers.

Purchased this model (Samsung - 24.73 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex French Door Refrigerator - Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel) after on-line research and recommendation from a relative, and we are very pleased. The Set up was smooth and so far this operates like a dream. Very quiet and looks great.
