The French style 4 door Samsung is the best overall design of any refrigerator! The chill drawer is something I would never do without again, and most don't have it. My only fault with this unit is the ice maker. It's slow, sluggish and just not up to speed with the design of this fridge. If I was shopping again it would make me check out the other brands before making a final decision, even though I've always been sold on Samsung products.

This refrigerator is both beautiful and functional. It is so roomy and bright inside it makes us feel good every time we open the doors. The middle drawer is great for all types of drinks. 12 ounce cans stand up and are kept at 33 degrees. So great to get a drink that is super cold when your thirsty. We show it off to friends every chance we get.

Love the flex draw. Easy to operate. Front can hold magnets although they say it does not. The floor around it gets a little warm but it runs quietly. Good storage space and moveable shelves. Delivery guys were great, efficient and respectful.

I chose this because my fridge sits against the wall & newer fridges have doors that hinge out, which would have prevented me from opening the door or using inside drawers. More space than my old standard width fridge. Love the flexibility of the multiple-temp drawer & the quick cool feature of the fridge/freezer that helps keep the temp stable when I'm putting in a large batch of freshly cooked food.

I love it, works great and spacious. I love the drawers. It will scratch easily and smudges constantly. Glad I didn't pay full price for it. I think for the asking price it could have had a few more features and not scratch so easily.

The refrigerator itself is awesome I love the flex drawer and bottom freezer however it takes a full minute and 4 seconds to fill a 16.9 oz water bottle so buy a brita pitcher it fills up quicker!

Excellent product - excellent delivery service and set up. Only down side is an audible noise when water (ice maker) tours on and off.

Stylish appearance, all the features we wanted, very quiet operation with numerous temperature controls. Energy efficient to boot.

We purchased the Samsung - 24.7 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless-Steel. We are pleased with the ample space, the convenience of the drawer in the middle and the drawer in the freezer compartment and the ease of access through the French doors! We appreciate the thru the door ice and water as well.

We have really enjoyed this fridge. The drawer allows us to organize the food well. The only reason I am rating it lower is that Samsung has not corrected its manufacturing of the dents in the door with the water dispenser. On the left side there are no dents but on the right side of the water dispenser inset there are dents in the upper corner and one lower on the same side due to the manufacturing. We have tried to replace the door but the replacement door has the same dents. It is perfect on the left side. I expected that a new fridge would not have dents especially due to manufacturing. I would definitely recommend it to a friend if they fix the dents.

I have only had the refrigerator for a month but I love the functionality and have had no mechanical problems yet. It very quiet. I never hear the ice maker. The middle drawer is great because you can truly see all the snacks and cheese and yogurt and things all the way to the back because it opens so far. One comment is that my two year can easily open the freezer and get Popsicles on his own so that is something to consider.

Runs quietly with the exception of the ice cube maker as cubes fall into the bin. But we love this feature.

This fridge is beautiful and a great compliment to my other Samsung appliances.

I've less than a month with my fridge. It's a very attractive refrigerator, I like it has an extra drawer, so far the only thing I don't like is that the Ice maker is a little noisy.

This frig is very quiet...chilled fast. Water and lce dispensor work great

I like this fridge a lot. It fit the narrow space we had available and had crushed ice and water through the door. I like the look of it and the flex drawer. The freezer is huge and the produce drawers slide smoothly. I like the shelf that slides in and out to accommodate tall items. Complaints: Kind of noisy. Not like dishwasher noisy or anything, but enough to be mildly irritating sometimes. Interior of fridge is awkwardly configured so while there is a lot of space, it can sometimes be hard to fit things in. The divider mechanism in the flex drawer is weird and feels like a half-baked idea because it doesn't work great. I wish the freezer opened further- items in the back can be difficult to reach.

We have only had our new frig. For one week and two days and at this point we have had no problems. We did buy insurance with the refrigerator because of all the research I have done. Seams like it doesn't matter what brand you buy these days they are not as good as years ago. My last refrigerator is 27 years old and still working fine, we gave it and our other appliances to our son we just wanted to update our kitchen.

We played with the idea of purchasing a new fridge for quite some time, me being very reluctant to spending so much on one. Caught this one on sale for $1,000+ less than the normal going rate and i caved. Glad i did, this thing is pretty amazing for a fridge i must say. All the drawers are buttery smooth, Water taste clean and and cold and it makes ice like a beast.

Love the frig and all the features. Led lighting, spacious room as well as the bottom freezer compartment...

For quite a while, the extra drawer was not available in the smaller size, cudos to Samsung.
