Kindbof annoued where upon delivery, we needed a service appointment because thenice maker did not work. Additionally, we have had 3 other service appointments for broken shelves, glides/basket inside large refrigerator drawer, and ever a cracked vegetable drawer and even cracks in ice dispenser. Not sure why quality is so bad, but I liked the fact that Samsung has a dual compressor, but that may be all that is good.

The refrigerator seems to be working well. I love the middle drawer - very convenient for deli meats and cheeses! The water and ice feature is working well so far. Only thing is the water dispenser is plastic and looks a bit cheap. All else is good.

The black stainless steel look gives this fridge an unbelievably classy look, and you have the Samsung quality behind it. The water/ice maker seems to work great, no leaks to date, although we have had the fridge now for only about a week. The upper half, (the fridge), has two shelves that either fold up or slide back, which gives you a lot of flexibility in fitting in various items. The inner trays of the freezer are plastic, and a little cheap, considering the price tag. I was also amazed to find out that the fridge does NOT come with the ice dispenser tray, you have to buy that separate, which Samsung got an earful from me on that. Other than those things, I really can't speak to much else, as I really haven't had the fridge for long enough - but so far, so good.

Makes ice very quickly. Door will smudge, but handles do not, just be careful where you touch. Lighting is amazing and there is plenty of space. If frost builds up in the freezer, read the sticker inside the freezer door; it is most likely due to something keeping the freezer door from sealing.

It is inappropriate to call this stainless steel. The doors are stainless but not steel. It is a nichol alloy. It is very hard to keep smudges off the doors. Otherwise it is a great refrigerator.

Awesome! Fridge is great size. Has lots of great storage and movable shelves.

We’ve had this refrigerator for a month now and we absolutely love it! The black stainless is beautiful! It’s very roomy and the grandkids love the extra drawer for their cheese snacks & yogurt!

This samsung is one of few high quality french door fridges that fit a 33" space. Fit perfect, looks amazing, runs amazingly.

This new Samsung refrigerator is the perfect fit for our narrow opening and it is loaded with the same features as the wider refrigerators. I couldn't be happier. The price was right on too.

The ice maker takes up too much room. Not enough options for shelf placement and the freezer is much smaller than one would think. That being said, the refrigerated section is more than ample.

For the month that we have had the fridge, it appears to be mechanically sound. Original delivery had scratches on all door/drawer fronts. Replacement fridge scratched worse than the first. Second replacement scratched even worse. Waiting on third replacement. Scratches were not the fault of Best Buy or delivery people. We inspected the last 2 as soon as the box was removed. These were scratched at the manufacturer. Not sure why black refrigerators are not covered with plastic like the stainless ones.

Love the black stainless. Needed one that wasn't too deep or wide.

We are so happy with this purchase. I love the LED lights and the refrigerator drawer, and I'm getting used to the bottom freezer drawer. It is also a great looking fridge!

This refrigerator is the best one I have owned. It looks great in our kitchen and is virtually silent. The deep water and ice station makes getting filtered water for our coffee maker or ice for water bottles very easy and convenient. It holds more than enough groceries for the 2 of us and we love the LED lighting. I was a little skeptical about 24.7 cubic ft of space. I really wanted to get the 28.7 size, but this has more than enough volume! We really like the separate drawer for items we want to defrost or keep at a temp different from the main refrigerator. The freezer also has enough space. We used to have a side by side and were always irritated that the space was so narrow for either freezer or refrigeration. No issues now! I just asked my wife if she had anything to add, she says "I just love it!!"

Love Love our new fridge. Especially the middle snack draw. The ice maker is also great. Very Spacious inside. Finally got the stainless steel fridge I always wanted.
