I love this fridge. The 4th drawer is nice for cans and snacks, the lighting is beautiful, the ice and water work great and the interior is easy to configure to store anything. Samsung does it again.

I love the refrigerator freezer, the drawer combo. It came with a screw missing for a handle(we had to pick it up at a best buy) and a paint fault on a drawer handle. Getting a new handle is like pulling teeth. I am beyond aggravated. Samsung all nicey nice on the phone and then email me to tell me they cancelled the order of a new handle. Still not resolved nearly 4 weeks after delivery. Long time Best Buy customer...now aggravated with them as well.

I am still in the process of getting to know the possibilities that this refrigerator has to offer but so far I really like it.

Purchased unit a little worried about how it will function, but was limited on options due to space. Several of my family members have the exact model, just a few years older, and have issues with the ice-maker keeping up. Naturally i was skeptical, but very limited I space due to an older house. Fortunately, I've been pleasantly surprised, and not only has the ice maker kept up very well, i was able to purchase an additionalbin for the bottom freezer to store additional ice. Even after my nervousness initially, I'd recommend this product (2017 model or newer) to anyone.

The styling of this unit is sleek and fits well with my kitchen décor. I loved it so much that I went out and purchased all new appliances to complete an upgrade to the entire kitchen.

Bought this fridge as an upgrade to an older one. We're a bigger family now so we needed a refrigerator that would have greater capacity within the same space. This fridge was exactly what we needed. My wife is extremely happy with it.

Love the middle drawer! French doors allow for platters & large dishes. A drawback is the ice maker is noisy & doesn’t make uniform cubes.

I definitely gained freezer space when I got this fridge. However, I lost fridge space, and there is less space in the doors than in my old side-by-side. The problem with the flex drawer is, if you keep it. cold for drinks, you can't use it for yogurt and soft cheeses because it ruins the texture. So we end up using it less than anticipated.

Look ma no fingerprints! A drawer just for my husband's lunch items. No more "honey what shelf is my yogurt on." Freezer space so much bigger than side by side.

Had an old side by side. Replaced it with this beauty. Custom middle drawer and french doors? I'm buying all Samsung appliances. Elite performance and looks sexy in my kitchen.

We haven't had it but just about a month but so far it seems to be a hit. We'd read a lot of reviews and wasn't going to get a Samsung but the salesman gave us some interesting information on Samsung and LG. Plus we were limited on the size and style we were able to get due to a limited space. We did purchase the warranty "just in case". We hope it to be as great as our Kenmore had been. Our son has the same one only a bit larger with two ice makers. I wish ours had of come with two ice makers, but the size we had to get did not. But so far, it seems to be a keeper.

First off, I will say that my experience with Best Buy and their delivery install team for this was a pure nightmare. It took 3 deliveries to get an undamaged refrigerator, they routinely missed their delivery window as well and as a result I wasted 3 days of my life to get this. Onto the refrigerator itself up until a few weeks ago I would have given it a perfect 5 stars. However not too long ago the ice machine dammed up and stopped producing ice for me. Once I was able to clear that ice machine up, I noticed that every week or two there are now puddles of water in my fridge due to the water in the ice machine leaking. One thing that was a must was having an in unit ice maker, and water dispenser for me. Given that I was restricted by the 33" width there were limited selections for me, especially in the stainless black color which I love. The refrigerator otherwise does a great job of keeping things cool, and there is plenty of space inside with how the doors and compartments are arranged. The freezer is nice and does a great job keeping things frozen. If not for the ice maker issue this would be a perfect 5 star refrigerator.

Our issue is one of size. Until we remodel its 32” wide, that’s it. Seriously restricts options in refrigerators. This Samsung so far as more then lived up to expectations. Third drawer quite handy for snacks. Temp control seems right on. Only real complaint is ice maker slow and sloppy on delivery. Just takes getting used to. So far, we’re happy with it.

Have only owned for a couple of months so too early to make a definitive judgement but so far so good. Really like the layout and space. Fits perfectly in my small kitchen providing a nice amount of well organized space and looks great. Many compliments to date.

HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO KEEP THE DRAWER ITEMS FROM FREEZING, THE WARMEST TEMP IS STILL TOO COLD. THERE IS NOT ADEQUATE IN DOOR STORAGE. GALLON MILK CARTONS DON'T FIT ANYWHERE.

the many option for the replacement of my 20 year old fridge is amazing. The fridge is functional and versatile. The ice making and cold water is a plenty all day long. The middle section is sweet and create a space for quick grab foods. The freezer side out wonderfully and provides plenty of space. Enjoying the front control being able to set Temps,lock the ice maker or making the fridge or freezer colder right where the ice maker is. Great upgrade

I have had this almost a month and am very happy with it. It is designed well with the middle drawer that we put things that we want colder (my beer) and more often (my beer). I also like the ice dispenser in the door to dispense ice (for my vodka tonic) without opening the freezer door. The ice that comes through the water filter is nice and soft like the ice you get at Quicktrip and I find myself eating the ice after my drink (my vodka tonic).

We have had this refrigerator for about 3 weeks and so far it has been great. I was afraid I wouldn't like have 2 doors to access the refrig but all seems fine and things are easy to find. Ability to lift shelves or slide 1/2 of the shelf back allows for taller items but would like to be able to put have more adjustments on the doors to allow for taller slimmer bottles. Very happy with this choice!

It's great that the shelves are movable and some slide. It allows more options for storage.

After reading the instrux and being on computer for 3 hours, I finally went to store and the reps there had me up and running and excited in 15 minutes. Love the associates at Fairview Hights!!
