Clean dishes every time! State of the art dishwasher. Sleek with all bottoms out of view. Love it!

Great looking product and work flawless only thing is wished it would have been more flush to my counter

My old dishwasher broke and began leaking, so it was time for a new one. I wanted a quality unit that did a good job washing, and that had a third rack on the top. I read some reviews, and this one looked like it fit the bill. Best Buy delivered quickly, and I installed the unit myself. I was impressed with the quality and design, as well as the relative ease of installation. One of the main features of this dishwasher, being highly energy efficient, is that it pops the door open at the end of the wash cycle, to aid in the drying of the dishes. This worked great...the first four times I used it. Then it stopped working, and it has never popped the door open since. This is a problem, because now your dishes end up sitting, soaking wet, and never drying - unless you happen to be around and remember to open the door manually. A quick visit to the Samsung community support website and I discovered that there are MANY people who have this dishwasher who are experiencing the exact same problem: it works for the first 3-4 washes, and then never works again. It appears to be a design fault. A second feature I wanted is the much vaunted "Smart Things" support, where you can hook the dishwasher to your Wifi, and control it via your phone. That way you can start the dishwasher remotely when you need to, or check on its status. This works great...except you have to enable it by pressing a button on the dishwasher. EVERY SINGLE TIME. You can't start the dishwasher remotely, because in order to enable the remote features, you have to first turn it on by pressing a button on the dishwasher. When the cycle finishes, it turns itself off again. This completely defeats the purpose of having remote control over the dishwasher! What an idiotic design decision! Lastly, and most importantly, this dishwasher does not clean dishes ANYWHERE near as well as my old dishwasher did - a unit that cost half the price of this one. If there are many things on the main upper rack, the things on the top rack hardly get touched by spray, and remain dirty. I am OFTEN finding dishes on all of the racks that are still dirty after a wash cycle, and I end up running the wash cycle twice in order to get things clean, which kind of negates any energy or water savings. So in conclusion, this dishwasher doesn't wash dishes very well, doesn't dry dishes at all, has major design faults, and the extra money I spent to get the Smart Things remote integration is a waste, because you have to manually press a button on the dishwasher first every time to enable it. Choose a different dishwasher from a different manufacturer. I wish I had.

Super quiet and sleek dishwasher! The third rack is so useful. The slide out drawers on our model don't feel as smooth as the display model, but it's a small issue.

This DW is super quiet. I left dried out barbeque sauce and tomato sauce on dishes and bowls and they came out clean. I love the color, too.

This dishwasher is extremely quiet. I always clean my dishes off before I put them in the dishwasher so they have come out clean. I have not used my dishwasher much however I do love it so far. I’m a family of one.

My wife and I are so pleased with this linear wash dishwasher. It is super quiet and it doesn't leak like the storm wash model we bought and put in back in March. Manager Will was a lifesaver with his work in taking back the factory damaged unit that Samsung wouldn't back. Thank you Will and Best Buy for honoring what Samsung would not!

Dishwasher works great; had multiple rack adjustment points, so it can hold pretty much anything. We were worried about the linear wash vs the circle wash and no issues, nice cleaning and drying capability. The black stainless really does not show fingerprints. Altogether a good purchase.

Purchase Date:Jun 17, 2025 It has been non-stop with this dishwasher, but I finally believe it to be in working condition. It said condition was good. It was not. It was not even fair. I spoke to a representative over the phone who had told me it was a floor model. I paid online and picked it up. I couldn't see the dishwasher as it was wrapped in bubble wrap, which is fine. I was told it was missing the box and manual. After an hour drive home, I started to install. First, I noticed it smelled like rotten cheese / milk. To my finding, there appeared to be a cottage cheese/vanilla milkshake or something spilled inside. So, either I was lied to, and this had been in someone's home, or someone dumped some kind of dairy product inside. I cleaned it thoroughly, but it still stunk. Turns out, it made its way down the drain line. Nothing but gray fuzzy MOLD. I took apart the drain and washed it out. It now smells fine. Hopefully, a couple of hot cycles will sanitize it. Now, I figured out it did not come with a water supply line... I was told the manual was the only item missing. I ran to Lowes, 20 min drive there by the way, 20 minutes back. Got the line, which was $20, and installed it. On to the electric, the wire harness going into the junction box on the front had a bad gash on the 120v cable. I had to trim it back and add new cabling to supply the box. Electric and water are fixed, hooked up, and powered on the unit. I noticed a bad humming sound and narrowed it down to the water pump. It was full of gunk. I cleaned it the best I could, but the motor is seized up. I ran back out to my local appliance store and grabbed a new water pump, which ran me $90. Now, this stinky, broken dishwasher is usable. And it works nicely. Something else to note, I wasn't aware of the dent on the front either. Had to order a utensil holder as well, they took it out. I'm an electrician by trade, and ran property maintenance for years, so I know how to work on these. I just spent around 4 hours, $110 in materials, gas money, and wear n tear on my vehicle to get this dishwasher up and running. It's too far a drive to make a return, plus actually maneuvering it. It's here for good. I do feel scammed. This is not at all what I was told I was getting.

Dishwasher is amazing. It is extremely quiet and allows us to watch tv and run it without having to turn the tv volume up. I love the finish and the features that it comes with. The dishes come out very clean.

So far, so good; Time well tell. SUPER quiet!; had to place my ear against front of unit to hear it working. We have extremely hard water; Spits on glasses and silverware; wish the local BestBuy would have recommended additive cleaners. We now use Lemishine AND Cascade and this combo has reduced hard water spotting.

I bought a new home and didn’t like the builders grade of dishwasher. We had Q help us with every appliance needed for house and this was a steal, so many great hidden places for dishes and again so quiet!! ( it just rained and I have 4 dogs, exude the dirt )

Possibly the best dishwasher we have owned so far. Had a Bosch before that was quiet and worked really well. This Samsung is equally as quiet but delivers a more spot free wash. The controls take a bit of figuring out since there are so many wash options! It looks really good in the kitchen too!
