I bought a new home and didn’t like the builders grade of dishwasher. We had Q help us with every appliance needed for house and this was a steal, so many great hidden places for dishes and again so quiet!! ( it just rained and I have 4 dogs, exude the dirt )

Works great and tells me when a load is done. The first time we tan it Iwould have had no idea it was running if there wasn’t a count down during the cycle.

My wife loves it, so quit you can’t tell it’s running. Has a cool timer that lights up near handle telling up how long till completion. Black stainless is the way to go. Can’t wait for fridge and stove.

Purchase Date:Jun 17, 2025 It has been non-stop with this dishwasher, but I finally believe it to be in working condition. It said condition was good. It was not. It was not even fair. I spoke to a representative over the phone who had told me it was a floor model. I paid online and picked it up. I couldn't see the dishwasher as it was wrapped in bubble wrap, which is fine. I was told it was missing the box and manual. After an hour drive home, I started to install. First, I noticed it smelled like rotten cheese / milk. To my finding, there appeared to be a cottage cheese/vanilla milkshake or something spilled inside. So, either I was lied to, and this had been in someone's home, or someone dumped some kind of dairy product inside. I cleaned it thoroughly, but it still stunk. Turns out, it made its way down the drain line. Nothing but gray fuzzy MOLD. I took apart the drain and washed it out. It now smells fine. Hopefully, a couple of hot cycles will sanitize it. Now, I figured out it did not come with a water supply line... I was told the manual was the only item missing. I ran to Lowes, 20 min drive there by the way, 20 minutes back. Got the line, which was $20, and installed it. On to the electric, the wire harness going into the junction box on the front had a bad gash on the 120v cable. I had to trim it back and add new cabling to supply the box. Electric and water are fixed, hooked up, and powered on the unit. I noticed a bad humming sound and narrowed it down to the water pump. It was full of gunk. I cleaned it the best I could, but the motor is seized up. I ran back out to my local appliance store and grabbed a new water pump, which ran me $90. Now, this stinky, broken dishwasher is usable. And it works nicely. Something else to note, I wasn't aware of the dent on the front either. Had to order a utensil holder as well, they took it out. I'm an electrician by trade, and ran property maintenance for years, so I know how to work on these. I just spent around 4 hours, $110 in materials, gas money, and wear n tear on my vehicle to get this dishwasher up and running. It's too far a drive to make a return, plus actually maneuvering it. It's here for good. I do feel scammed. This is not at all what I was told I was getting.

Love the clean lines and particularly the Tuscan Steel. It takes some getting used to to load with personal shaped bowls. Love that the 2 sectioned utensil holders lift out so I dont have to bend over for so long.

I love how quiet it is - my only complaint was the installation. The person they sent install it ran it through a couple times with all the plastic and tape still inside

The flexibility of the top drawer, height adjustment of the middle shelf and power scrubbing features are great! I love the smart features as this dishwasher is so quiet I cannot tell when it is done!

Nice and quiet. Clean lines. The only thing that I don’t like is the water drainage is load because it’s so quiet.

This thing is so quiet, I had to restart the cycle with my fridge not running, my A/C off, and my air purifier switched off just hear the water flowing into the dishwasher. after that, I could not make out any sound. It’s been perfectly reliable and I’m very happy with the out of box purchase.

Nice and sleek, adding a great modern style to my kitchen. So far the performance has been great and I certainly hope it continues!!!!

I’m writing this review to hopefully prevent someone else from having a negative experience with Samsung and their dishwasher’s. I purchased the first dishwasher in mid February 2024. It soon started to leak from the door. Samsung installed a “leak kit” and this should have been a red flag that they knew they had a problem with their dishwashers. The “leak kit” did not fix the problem and after replacing the door and 3 service appointments, they agreed to replace it because it was clearly faulty. Fast forward to the replacement dishwasher, it is now leaking and they installed their band aid “leak kit” with the service guy saying it wouldn’t fix it and he would order a door. The service company then made an appointment and never showed up and never contacted me to say they wouldn’t make the appointment. Last night, the service company showed up 2 hours late to make sure it was still leaking and no door to fix the issue. SAVE YOURSELF FROM FUTURE PROBLEMS AND DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG DISHWASHER.

so quiet , excellent quality , the price is high but is Worth it

I love this dishwasher, it is unbelievably quiet and does a great job of cleaning the dishes. Plastics don't dry very well, so I do have to wipe them before stacking in the cupboard.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new Samsung dishwasher! It is super quiet.

Looks nice. This is our second one in 2 years. Highly recommend you get the longest protection plan. A belt that cannot be fixed was what happened with ours just outside the 2 year warranty we bought.
