So far love the operation of the unit. We have been moving in and running the express for new dishes. Love that the door opens after operation to dry items in the open air and alert you that it’s clean. We took off the utensil covers as our utensils don’t fit otherwise. My only knock so far is that someone got a scratch on it (I think in trying to remove the coating or tape residue?) and then tried to remove that. And further scratched it. Stuck out like a sore thumb (2”x3”) and more distressing as it’s ’brand new’ and you want everything pristine for at least a month (lol). We purchased a 2”x3” clean/dirty magnet so I don’t have to think about it every time I go past. :). Disappointing to learn that fingerprint resistant means you can’t buff something out and yet the fingerprints and marks seem easy to accumulate…. Wish we had stayed with slate or done a matte finish. It is quiet as a mouse to the point that in some ways you wonder if it’s working—there’s good and bad to that. :)

This is replacing a high end KitchenAid. It is almost as quiet. Not very noticeable in our media room which is adjacent to the kitchen. The blaster mode works great on pots. Actually surprised us as to how well it cleaned pots. The 3 drawers are nice. The middle drawer for glass raises and lowers so it works when we put big pots on the blaster. For the price, we have been incredibly happy with the product. We have had it for 1.5 months so far. Only negative, which isn't really a negative, just comparison to KitchenAid, is that the drawers don't feel as solid. Otherwise, we are very happy with the purchase. Also, one nice feature is that it has a pan on the bottom in case there's any leaks. Our older KitchenAid did not have that and had a leak which damaged the flooring. Also, really love that it pops open after it's finished. Helps it air dry quicker.

I picked this washer because it doesn't have an exposed heating element so it won't melt any plastics that might fall down. Also, it has a short third rack at the top to put lids and things. The first time I ran it I was happy to discover that it is MUCH quieter than the washer it replaced. I can watch TV and wash dishes at the same time now. I don't even here it. Another thing, it holds more dishes. I don't know how it does that when it takes up the same amount of space, but it does. I can fit cups in the top rack that I couldn't fit in the top rack of my old dishwasher. That is part of it, but it's just better designed overall.

I recently upgraded to the Samsung Top Control 24" Built-In Dishwasher with StormWash™ and I'm seriously impressed! From the moment it was installed, I noticed how quiet it runs—almost silent compared to my old dishwasher. It doesn’t interrupt conversations or background music, which is a huge plus in an open-concept home. Talk about having time for me! What really stands out is the StormWash™ feature. I no longer have to pre-rinse anything, even with baked-on food. Dishes, pots, and pans come out spotless every time. The AutoRelease™ Door is a nice touch—it pops open at the end of the cycle to help dry dishes more effectively, and it actually works!

I had the next version up of this dishwasher. I think that leads to most of my, probably unfair, frustrations with this dishwasher. Positives: It does a good job of cleaning and is very quiet. Frustrations: It is more easily clogged by pieces of food and dishes still need to be wiped dried hours after it is finished. This last frustration may be more of a strength of my last dishwasher as I never had to dry dishes when it was finished. So, overall still a good option for the price.

This is the cutest dishwasher. I love the noises it makes and how absolutely quiet it is. I actually couldn't tell it was even working for the first use because it was so quiet. And I like how it pops open when it's done, allowing the dishes some more air to dry. Everything has turned out clean and perfect and the top rack is magical because I can finally fit random little tupperware covers and long cooking utensils. I would absolutely recommend this dishwasher. It's also very aesthetically pleasing.

Very happy with this machine. It's so quiet and does better job than our Bosch that died after only a few years. I really like the end cycle feature that pops the door open to help with drying.

I really love this dishwasher, having the top rack for flatware is awesome. It does come with the caddy for flatware and other utensils as well, but not having to use it frees up space for pots, pans, and other dishes which is nice. It is also very quiet, and easy to use. The Stormwash is awesome for the occasional dish that is a bit more difficult to clean, however it only works in one spot on the bottom rack of the dishwasher. I would like to have seen this function work for the entire bottom rack, but not a huge negative in my opinion.

I don’t think there’s anything about this dishwasher that I don’t like. It’s super quiet and cleans great. My favorite feature is the 3rd rack up top. It’s great for organizing silverware and sticking smaller objects up there like tumbler lids.

Love this dishwasher!! Does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes as well as being quiet!!

The dishwasher was easy to install. The only downfall is it is a 1/4” narrower than the previous model. Dishwasher leaked out the door on a very small load but never again with regular loads Still would highly recommend as it cleans very well.

Despite my initial reluctance with the top control panel (vs. the front which I am more familiar with) I love it. The thing that strikes me about the Samsung is how quiet it is. I thought it wasn't working the first time I used it. Easy to use and it cleans beautifully. Great dishwasher!

Love the dishwasher. So much quieter than the broken one this samsung is replacing. And the broken one was only just over 5 years old. Love the layout and functionality of the racks. Cleans dishes so much better too. Not seeing the film residue as the old one did. Was even very easy to install myself.

Dishwasher is very quiet and cleans my dishes excellent. The installation was straightforward and the directions were easy to follow.

exceptionally quiet. gets the dishes clean every time. door pops open, so that's a bit on the strange side, but overall the dishwasher is solid and a great purchase.

We have been using this dishwasher for about a year We are happy with the quality of the wash cycles. We usually only run the lower rack cycle. Like the fact that the door opens slightly at the end of the cycle to allow dishs to cool and steam to escape. It sends a message to our Samsung TV when cycle is finished. Minimal noise while performing the wash cycles.

Super quiet and cleans great. I can hardly hear it running.

I was impressed how quiet it is and how well it washes dishes. Its laid out very well and has good space inside with the silverware tub removed.
