So far so good. Very quiet, does a great job cleaning the dishes and had a smart app where you can control and monitor the wash cycles.

Excellent dishwasher. I have always had great luck with Samsung appliances and enjoy the matte black steel look. This dishwasher has several options to choose from: Auto, Normal, Heavy (etc) as well as additional settings such as storm, hot, etc. The interior is nicely designed with an upper utensil rack at the top (silverware and other miscellaneous kitchen appliances that can lay flat and fit perfectly up there). The other racks are your typical design and work. Another silverware caddy is also on the right side that also fits silverware and other utensils. The 24" fit perfectly and we had zero issues with installation. The dishwasher is quiet (advertised as 46dBA) and we often cannot tell that it is even running. Heated drying works fine, so long as I use jet dry with it. Without Jet Dry, plastic dishes with come out still with droplets. Overall, I like this dishwasher. We have had it for 8 months and had zero complaints.

Good quality, love 3rd drawer, has cheesy cleaning options with an express option for people who wash before they place in dishwasher but you still want a dishwasher clean cycle for final washing.

Running for a few weeks now. Love Samsung products, but a few Cons here. - Install a little tough due to almost 0 space between the back of the unit and the floor. There is nowhere for hoses and power to rest. Had to pull slack into adjacent cabinet. Other dishwashers have space or an opening near the floor on the back for hoses and power. - Not Heated Dry cycle? There is a Sanitize setting, but it adds about 32 minutes to the cycle. - The top silverware rack is useless. It takes up valuable space for the main top slide out. I removred it to allow taller cups, etc to be washed in the top slide out. - Downloadable cycles? Just add them to the washer without needing an app or Internet connection.

The dish washer was easy to install. After installation, you can hardly hear it running. A nice feature is for the last few minutes the door opens up so the steam is released and the dishes seem to dry faster and better. Was not expecting the longer time to wash dishes and dry but it was worth it.

The Samsung dishwasher is a great design and has the perfect color options. Love the 3 tier rack, the automatic opening and being able to control it using my SmartThings app.

Really quiet don't even know that it is operating. Lots of storage. Love the top rack for spatulas, tongs, wisks, etc.

I like the easy to use this dishwasher, the integration with SmartThings app is very convenient. I recommend this appliance especially if there are other Samsung appliances in the house.
