I had to buy a new dishwasher due to my old one failing. I was not excited, as I hate hoping I find a good new machine. This dishwasher was an awesome purchase!!! I really wanted the third rack for silverware. I love that I can better organize it all and I feel like it gets a better clean. The second rack is adjustable which is cool, although I haven't used that feature yet. It is so quiet!!!!! I had to listen hard to be able to make sure that it was running. It pops open upon its completion to finish drying and let you know that it is done. I love the matte black. Fingerprints and dog nose prints are not a problem on this new finish. A necessary purchase that I love!

Wonderful deal! Got this on sale for half the price and I would say it’s worth full price! Beautiful design, excellent functionality, quiet, roomy, and smart things works great!

The outgoing GE dishwasher was so loud and once the trays started rotting out, I jumped on the sale Best Buy had for Black Friday. This samsung dishwasher is quiet, sleek, and loaded with options. I love the 3rd tray for chopsticks and various smaller items. Installation was a standard affair and straightforward. The stainsteel is not really stainless steel. It is ferous and allows for magnets to be used on it. Great for those clean/dirty magnets.

After hours of online searches and research, my family settled on purchasing this unit after out old dishwasher passed away. We could not be happier with our choice! Recently we have had family members purchase different brands that were high on our list and they cant compete with ours. This unit is sooo quiet and my dishes are always clean and dry. We've had zero complaints. The only slightly negative I could maybe point out is that if you have to raise the top rack to accomdate for larger items on the bottom, it may be a tight fit for taller tumblers or things like that.

I bought this dishwasher and was pleased with the cleaning capability and the smart features. However, we did not like the drying performance. The specs say it has heated dry, and maybe it does but it does not dry at all like a traditional dishwasher with a heat element inside. I read in the documentation that using the sanitation option will help to dry the dishes better. It did work better but after spending this much I just wanted dry dishes like what my old dishwasher could do. I know some people do use the heated dry at all because they think it uses too much power. If you’re that kind of person this dishwasher will be perfect for you. I ultimately sent this one back and pay a little more for the 42 dba Samsung unit with the heated smart dry. That one dries very good and I didn’t mind may a couple of hundred more to know my dishes will be dry when I take them out. The other thing I didn’t like about this unit for that the countdown timer was on top of the unit. You cant really see it when the door is closed. The upgraded model has the number displayed on the front of the unit you can see it from across the room no problem.

Dishes come out spotless every time, super quiet and the third rack is great for utensils. we are very happy with the purchase and very happy with the sale price we got it at. On a funny note the auto release takes a little getting used to, while doing something else in kitchen the cycle ended and the door popped open to alleviate steam and scared the daylights out of me.

Washes well. Great presets. Easy app. Very quiet. Barely hear it.

Solid dishwasher as a replacement for use in rental property. Great install work and pricing option from BestBuy. It does the job on dishes and is pretty quiet compared to other, similarly-priced units. I've had good luck with Samsung products before, so I'm hoping I get the same level of qulity and longevity from this one!

The house we'd purchased came with a brand new low end GE dish washer. I ended up switching everything in my house to Samsung because of this dishwasher. Id bought it out of frustration because the GE didn't clean our dishes well at all. This dishwasher exceeded my expectations in cleaning and noise level. The smart features are useful, especially the auto door opening to allow the dishes to air dry. Great purchase

Good dishwasher for the price. Color and finish was our main purpose of buying to match what we currently have. The Good, quiet, stylish, easy to install and use. Cons, you will need to purchase a 90 degree elbow to hook up, is very flimsy when door is open so be careful until its in its home. No dryer, you must use washer aid to get dishes dry. Over all not a bad unit for the price.

I really wanted to love this dishwasher. I have had rather good luck with all of my Samsung products, but this one is a fail. Install was easy enough for someone who isn't considered a pro. The machine is beautiful and matches the rest of my Samsung appliances. It is fairly quiet considering the old one I replaced you could essentially hear from the outside of the house like it was a carwash. That is about all I like about it though. I have never in my life had to dry as many dishes after a cycle as I do with this machine. The top rack for silverware is constantly wet. The two main racks, I can say on average, about 50% of them I am having to dry after the cycle is done. It is rather annoying. It claims to be an energy efficiant dishwasher. I don't see how that can be true when a regular cycle takes 2hrs and 45min. A quick cycle is 1hr45min. I have tried messing around with different cycles, but still end up having to hand dry the majority of the dishes or let them air dry over night or longer. Overall, I enjoy the quiet. That's it.

Really like this dishwasher and how it looks in my kitchen. The rack configuration (with the adjustable height middle) allows me to play a whole new level of Tetris. The options for cycles and settings are far more than I could have imagined on my previous 30 year old dishwasher. I know people complain about how it "pops open" at the end of a cycle, but I have grown to love that feature. It only opens it an inch or two (not the whole way) and the dishes dry better and the dishwasher doesn't get that funky smell.

Flimsy door that feels cheap. Silverware holder doesnt attach to rack. The extra top rack is nice but definitely lose noticable space for the other racks if you had just a two rack dishwasher before.. cleans dishes just fine.

My husband and I installed this replacement dishwasher ourselves. No problems at all! It's as quiet as a church mouse and everything is wonderfully clean. Wasn't sure about the third rack for silverware, but i love it!

Great dishwasher. Sleek and nice. Makes very little noise and does a good job cleaning dishes.

This dishwasher does not have heated dry. The way it "dries" the dishes it it opens the door automatically at the end of the cycle. The water is pretty hot at that point, so it "air dries" the dishes. This makes it energy efficient. However, the dishes don't get as dry as they do with a machine with heated dry. It's mostly in areas that water "pools", like in a spoon that was loaded "spoon side up". JetDry is your friend as well - it helps with the overall drying process. The connectivity features are really cool, and it's a quiet machine. So, if it dried better I'd give it 5 stars but the air drying really doesn't do as good a job as heated dry.

We had our dishwasher installed 3 weeks ago. We think it does a great job cleaning dishes, glasses and silverware. The silverware comes out better than we have ever seen it, We love the fact that we can set the washer for the lower rack only, We have not used the 3rd rack but it is nice to have. We downloaded the Samsung SmartThings app and added the dishwasher to our wi-fi network. When the cycle is finished we get a message on my phone and on our Samsung Smart TV. The unit is quiet, You can barely hear it. Needless to say we would recommend this Samsung Dishwasher.
