This is the second Samsung dishwasher we have purchased and we loved the first one!!! The autorlease is fantastic for getting dishes dry and saving money. Love the way the racks can be configured for different items. Overall extremely happy with our [urvhase!!!

Definite upgrade from our older Samsung. Loved them both. This one...3rd rack spraying glasses & mugs...works so well. Love it.

In theory, this dishwasher is amazing. The top rack storm wash and utensil shelf is nice, and I loved that the middle rack could be adjusted to accommodate different sized dishes. It automatically opens when the cycle is done to help dry the dishes, which is cool. I didn't get to use the AI features, but again in theory they sounded good. However: The third rack does make it harder to fit things in the second shelf. The tines that hold plates on the bottom rack are spaced very close together, so if you have plates with any lip or significant curve to them, they will not fit upright between them. If you have dinner plates on the bottom, you can only fit short things on the middle rack, so you lose a lot of space. I also received this particular dishwasher with a dent on the door, and the detergent compartment leaked around the edges where it attached to the inside of the door. Best Buy tried to charge me another delivery fee for a replacement, then after agreeing to replace the defective appliance "for free" never delivered it. Multiple phone calls with customer service each lasting an hour or more, and it ended up being cheaper and less hassle to return the thing and get a different one elsewhere. If you don't have thick plates or too many tall dishes to wash each cycle, this is an okay dishwasher. I'd recommend getting it somewhere other than Best Buy, though, if they're prone to defects instead of ours being a fluke - they will not be helpful in replacing it.

Love the flexibility in the shelves. However, sometimes it's difficult to fit large items on the bottom shelf and medium to small items on the middle shelf. It also doesn't dry as well (even with rinse aid) as some other dishwashers that I've used. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it.

Good dishwasher. I replaced this from an older Samsung washer and they've made some significant improvements. Stainless steel tub, the best top rack i've used on a dishwasher, a light inside so you can see, and the AI wash and notifications to your phone are great. So far my wife really likes it and it's a nice upgrade.

at first was not happy with the fact that it was not drying well but after rinse aid added it is drying better

So far so good. Delivery and install went great and no issues so far. I was a bit leery on buying another Samsung appliance because of the terrible experience I've had with the ice maker in one if their refrigerators that I purchased. I just wish this had a dry only feature as some of the dishes don't come out completely dry after a cycle and for that I have to dock it 1 star.

Dishwasher was very nice! However it had a couple things we weren’t crazy about on the design of the racks.

Best thing about it is it’s super quiet, love the way it looks I like the third rack, but it does leave less room at the bottom for big and tall things, cleans great!
