My wife and I are very pleased with both the performance and quite operation. Drying is somewhat to be desired, but this was expected as it does not feature a heated element. Overall, we are still very satisfied with the product.

I bought this unit to match other appliances in unit. I wasn't crazy about white appliance but for this situation it works. The dishwasher was easy to install after some research & works great. I was amazed at how quiet this unit is. Very happy!

I have recently done a complete kitchen makeover. I looked over reviews for dishwashers and after new walls, floor tiles, cabinets and replumbing I found this to match my other Samsung appliances for the kitchen.Nice stainless steel dishwasher from out side and in side, that performs well and looks great.I plugged this dishwasher in and heard nothing......without the front panel lights, you would never know it was running. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

It does a great job, looks beautiful! I love having the controls on top, away from toddler fingers! It feels solid, inside and out!

Once again excellent delivery by Best Buy with haul off of old dishwasher. Installed myself. Location of connections made installation relatively easy. Top-of-door hidden controls are nice, though as touch controls take some getting used to. Tends to gather some smudges and drippings from time to time but easy to clean. Dishwasher is much quieter than the old one. Not quite as quiet as I thought it would be, but low enough it's hard to tell if it's running sometimes. Capacity is great. Large or odd-shaped items are always a pain but this handles them better than our old dishwasher. Trays have a variety of fold-down tines for such things. Ours had an odd, strong rubber smell when using the Sanitize option for the first couple of weeks. This has faded over time and is not noticeable now. Generally speaking, does not do a good job of drying dishes. I'm pretty sure drying isn't even really considered a feature. Bottom tray of dishes does tend to come out dry but the top tray always has some wet items. If you're not in a hurry, crack open the door right after it's done with a cycle and most water will evaporate. Cycle times are rather long, about two hours with the settings we use most. This is pretty much the cost of being efficient with water, so it's not really a fault, just something to know. Our dishes tend to come out very clean, and thus far we have not found any leftover bits of food on the dishes or in the dishwasher itself. My only real complaint is that the lights on the front only stay lit for about 10 minutes after a cycle is complete. This makes it more difficult to tell at a glance whether it's done and full of clean dishes, or not. I could complain about the price, but being a cheapskate any dishwasher over $300 seems pricey to me. We bought this mostly just to match our other Samsung appliances. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase and with this dishwasher.

I really like the new Samsung dishwasher! The only thing I would say: please take measurements, as it might be a bit bigger than your old one and it will stick out but bit.

I read the reviews before about this, and the dishwasher is very quiet like everyone says. It cleans great, has a very sleek design, looks nice, and is easy to use. One major con for me, is the clean light dies not stay on long. So if someone else runs it while you're gone, you won't know it unless you inquire with then, or inspect the dishes.

Very pleased, great looking with stainless interior and exterior, Largest bowls and even crock pots fit easily, Cleans all dishes well. Instructions say liquid only dish detergent, rinse aid recommended,haven't tried solid dishwasher tabs yet. Whisper quiet, can barely hear it running. Matches my Samsung fridge and microwave.

I really liked this dishwasher based on appearance and features. Then when I read reviews, I was concerned that Samsung dropped the ball on this appliance since it had so many bad reviews. I kept looking but came back to this dishwasher since it matched the Samsung gas slide in range I wanted and I just thought it was one of the best looking machines. It went on sale so I bought it with the range and I got to say after two months that I couldn't be happier. The complaints I read don't have any merit so far. I think it dries the dishes great, cleans very well and the machine is extremely quiet. It holds so much more than our old G.E. dishwasher and the easily adjustable upper rack gives us very good options for taller items either on the bottom or the top when needed.

Bought this while on sale which included delivery and installation. I was a HUGE fan of our Bosch dishwasher where we moved from, so this was a spontaneous leap. Hoping in the long run to have good luck. Unfortunately, moved into a 1920s home with...what we learned out to be...really corroded pipes and after replacing most, seriously bad water pressure. We've been using the dishwasher for a week or so, it is really freakin quiet, but then again, we have crazy bad water pressure. Seems to clean best on auto and Sanitize, clear and sparkly. Will follow up when we replace our water line. For the price, toss up. I really liked our Bosch internal racks, it was quiet and did an excellent job of cleaning dishes. Getting used to the Samsung, think I like the Bosch racks better but we'll see. Performance wise to come in the next month or so.

I like the look and feel of this dishwasher. I have the matching fridge and microwave so this finished off my kitchen nicely. It is extremely quiet and cleans well. Only complaint is the prongs are too close together on bottom and doesn't fit bowls very well. Also it kinda stinks inside.

Was very happy with the price (was on sale with free delivery & installation) & are just as happy with the performance. Cleans well, holds more that our old one & is much quieter. This model doesn't have a heated drying element, but we never used it on our last one (too much damage to items) & this model does a great job of drying without one. Do wish that the top rack height adjustment was easier such as a button/latch, though. Have to remove the rack & re-align for the height needed. This does have delay options & enough cycles for our use.

So far dishwasher is working great! I've had it for almost 2 months. It cleans the dishes, has lots of space and is quiet. My only complaint is that you HAVE to use a liquid drying agent like jet dry if you want your dishes to be dry.

Tall Tub, if you can get this washer on sale - even better. Install was a breeze with BBY free install, thanks! Tall Tub is nice and fits even some of the largest drink containers/water jugs/etc. It's a bit low (bottom door) to the ground, interesting but just a few inches lower than most other older washers. This talk/review about spots/water on dishes after cycle has run is total nonsense. Even without rinse agent, once it's dry cycle is complete and the unit has ended it's wash cycle the dishes are dry, 99% and using rinse agent (which I've never used before) just enhances the drying - it's a few bucks per bottle but while it helps dry, the dishes are almost all dry anyhow. Stainless steel keeps things/sides/bottoms looking nice and clean. SUPER QUIET. **Caution buying any Best Buy Extended Warranty** I'm always 50/50 on these ESPlans but on a related Clothes Washer, we went through Geek Squad, then they sub that to 3rd Party AIG which resulted in a nightmare almost 60 days, 21 phone calls, 4 service visits to fix some pretty straightforward issues. It was 99% AIG who felt comfortable trying to run-out-the-clock and hoping we'd disappear and/or buy another washer altogether and get off their back...

We installed the dishwasher, it works and cleans very well. The price was perfect. I have only had it for a few weeks now but no problems have arose. Hoping to keep it that way. Also quiet and very easy to operate.

Overall, the unit is beautiful, was purchased at a great price and has all the features I expected. I did read the reviews so I was aware of the fact that putting Jet Dry or some sort of rinse agent in the dishwasher would help with any drying issues. What I didn't realize is that the dishwasher isn't really that great with the detergent pellets. I tried several cycles where I placed the Cascade/Dawn liquid/detergent combo pellets in the little compartment and the dishwasher would run the full cycle and I would see the pellet dried out on the bottom at the very end. Once I bought liquid detergent, things started looking up. The jury is still out a bit because I still want to give it more time to work. I have to say it's a little disappointing that this machine doesn't work well with the pellets since that's nearly all that's offered in the dish detergent section. More to come on this.

I had recently installed a Bosch dishwasher for my main kitchen and expected a similar experience with this dishwasher. They couldn't be further apart. Good: Looks nice. Fairly quiet (lots better than builder grade, but not Bosch quiet. Two level upper rack. Low Jet Dry indicator light. Bad: Installation was awful. Adjusting the feet was very difficult. Getting them loosened to start turning was nearly impossible without lifting the dishwasher. Mounting to the side didn't work well because the spot for the holes was too far back and the included screws were too short. The manual stated not to over tighten the 90 degree water connection and promptly started leaking. Took another full turn to seal which felt like over tightening. Verdict: I haven't used this to clean dishes yet. I have only installed it and run a test to ensure no leaks and that it can complete a cycle. If you are installing this yourself, allow extra time to get through the issues I discussed above. If they offer free installation, this would be a great deal since you wouldn't have to worry about how hard it is to install.

This Samsung dishwasher looks very beautiful in my redone kitchen. It works well in removing all the remaining food from the plates, cups and utensils. It dries them very wells and it works quite. I have had it for a month so far and cannot comment on the durability. I'll comeback with an update in a few months. Overall good product and am completely satisfied. Plus I got an awesome deal on this product.

This is by far the best dishwasher I have ever owned. Granted, every other dishwasher I've owned was probably made before I was born. Still, installation was a breeze thanks to thoughtful design, and it runs as smoothly and as quietly as advertised. Dishes also come out spotless even if there is still a bit of stuck on food. It also can hold a lot of plates. Like, more plates than I own. Seriously. Just notch up dishwashers as another product Samsung can knock out of the park.

It is what it says it is, a very quiet dishwasher... Nothing special, the stainless steel still smudges and you still gotta empty it when its done, but the dishes do get clean and just like the add says it's super quiet. Our kitchen is open to our family room so we were looking for the quietest washer at a reasonable price and Samsungs got it here. Only complaint and it might say it in the directions that we neglected to read, but it doesn't like those little gel pack thingys. Never seems to completely dissolves them, but the dishes still got clean somehow...
