This TV was for my 94 year old grandpa and he is very happy with it. The reason it has 4 stars is because I have a 4k TV and i could tell the difference in quality, but for any older people they wont know the difference,

I am definitely a Samsung fan because I have never been let down by the quality and this no exception. I bought it to be a new computer monitor for my new system and I love it.

I purchased a Samsung 20" flat screen 3 years ago for my office and was very satisfied with the quality. The recent purchase of the 24" was for my 16 yr. old Grandson. It is very flimsy and the base never did fit tightly. I assembled it myself so it was done properly. As a result the tv fell off the table and the screen now has what looks like spider webs projecting from a corner. The best part is I didn't purchase an extra warranty because of the quality of the other Samsung I already own and didn't think there would be any problems with the new one. I should have returned it right away with the base issue. Now we have a new TV that we can't watch.

I have always enjoyed the Samsung TV. I have purchased 5 Samsung in the last 12 years. Love the simplicity and the fact that I mirror my Samsung smart phone..great combination

Great television for a 10 year old boy! My son's room is quite small and his tv stand is too. This a great size tv for his room. Amazing HD quality. Can't beat the price either!

We are using the television screen to display the sono pictures on a larger format for our patients to view. The resolution is very good. I recommend this television.

Direct TV remote will turn on both Direct TV and Samsung - but will not turn off both. Must use Samsung remote to turn off TV. Worked with Direct TV and Samsung - could not resolve.

I am not happy with the sharpness or color of the picture on this tv. I have tried to adjust both to no avail. Would check more thoroughly before buying this set again.

Had a specific amount of room for TV to fit in, dimensions were accurate, TV utilized full space. Have always been confident when purchasing Samsung products from Best Buy.

I believe we are on the outer edge of the range of the towers and haven't had much trouble but I had to raise the antennae well above the roof. (15 ft). May have further opinions after the trees leaf out.

long pauses when change channels - very odd - wish that it had an on/off at TV - would have liked to have more connections for non-HDMI auxiliary equipment - for older VCRs and DVD players.

I really wanted this TV to work for me, as I had very limited space, but I found it ultimately impossible to attach the base without it being wobbly. I switched to another Samsung which didn't have these challenges.

I was looking for a nice, small set for use in the kitchen and was also in the market for a Samsung. I am more than happy with my purchase. Fits my needs to a tee.

I had to set the sound at MAX and still could not hear it over my treadmill. HOWEVER - Best Buy did take it back and gave me credit towards a better model

Everyone we talked with was very cordial and helpful. We are still learning how to use our I Phone 6 but know that we can always go to Best Buy to get help if we need to.

This is such a great little TV for a studio apartment. Super clear and great color. My only complaint is that the speaker is not all that great, but it will do, so over all I'm VERY pleased.

Service was great. Check out was a little slow. Tv is perfect for my mother. The size and simplicity make it a good match

We have not purchased a new computer in over 6 years. We are excited to have a 2 in 1 computer. We like the touch of the computer keyboard and the touch screen. Good speed. Great for our family.

Went to Best Buy in Middletown for a new TV. Very helpful workers there. Found what we needed, and were in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes.

We bought this for our kitchen. It works very well And we are very happy with it. The sakes people at the Modesto store were helpful in picking this out.
