Great little tv for versatile use

Then add neat features like SmarTV and with its small size it can fit on the kitchen countertop beneath the cabinets or even on a bookcase shelf in a bedroom or basement. Great Buy!

It was easy to install, the picture is so clear and being a smart TV, it's so easy to use. Netflix is one of our favorites and it's so easy to get!!

Great Picture

Her old TV didn't work well with the new advances in digital television so we updated to this Samsung. She loves it - the picture is so clear. Mom is a big sports fan and now she has no problem reading the scores of the game she's watching as well as the scores the scroll along the bottom of the screen.

Good quality Smart TV, easy to set up, good price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall very nice - compact, light, decent apps in Smart TV mode, good picture quality. Biggest complaint is lack of analog audio out (for external speakers or headphones), although all online reviews and Samsung docs said it had this output port! Presume it was removed in the current model revision. Had to use the optical audio out port and buy a converter to mini plug output for headphones. 1st one didn't work as the Smart TV apps use Dolby/DTS output, while the TV uses PCM; so you need a converter with both conversions. Additionally, the optical (toslink) output is NOT controlled by the tv/remote volume control, so you need a separate volume control for external speakers or headphones. But the basic TV and Smart TV using its internal speakers works well.

Why only 4 stars?... the networked stuff, like web, netflix, etc is really slow to load and you have to wait about after the TV is on before you can even access them. Another negative, the sound quality is very weak.... other than that, everything else about the TV is good.
