TV quality is top notch. The Smart functions are a little glitchy. My pre-teens love the TV, but complain about the smart functions not always working. It's not a connection issue, as our other smart TV works flawlessly. The picture quality is very good for the price point of this TV.

My only complaint is that it takes a few minutes for the TV to "prepare" before Netflix can open. I can be patient, but the kids flip out. Picture is great, the size is perfect, and the remote is pretty user friendly. I just haven't figured out if there is a sleep timer & how to set it.

I wanted something small, because I recently moved to Sunnyvale Ca, and don't have much space

I had a small space in my home office where I really wanted to place a TV and as it turns out the Samsung-24 Class LED was not only a perfect fit but the picture is super sharp - and I was pleasantly surprise how simple it was to connect to my cable box and program.

I have enjoyed this television in my bedroom, and my 16 year old granddaughter asked if she could have it for her room when they move, I said Yes, Well they are moving and I gave it up today, so looking for my next purchase. Great Product, very clear picture

This is an awesome little Smart TV! I just built a new house and wanted a small TV in the bathroom so my wife could watch it while taking a long bath. Super clear picture, Smart Hub so she can enjoy Netflix and great sound considering the size! Definitely recommend!

The smart hub works great. The only drawback is I wish the tv was 1080p instead of 720p.

I have not yet set up the smart part of the TV, but am very satisfied with price and service from Best Buy

We were pleased with our first Samsung, a larger screen, that we bought this one as an extra tv to move from room to room. Picture quality is excellent. Sound is satisfactory, meets our needs, without an additional device to enhance sound. Enjoy some of the apps.

We hung this TV in my sewing room .... it is so nice to just look up and be able to see the clear picture....also love the YouTube feature and Netflix....it is the perfect size and we will also be able to take it off the wall and into our bedroom at any time.....

this tv is fine for my computer room/study I use it when I am working for long periods at my computer

The tv is small, but fits just right in my bedroom armoir cabinet. The picture is clear, but the sound is not as good as I expected, especially after the rave online reviews. My old 30 year old tv has better sound. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

The sound on this TV is off balance, meaning it is not stereo or comes from back of TV.

I should've bought a little bit larger one to begin with but for size it's a great tv .

Great price for a smart tv. Works well but is a little cumbersome to work the typing.

Good tv not great. The only problem I have with this tv is the volume most of the time I watch it I have to have the volume all the way up but this tv I only use it for my kitchen and that what it is for a kitchen or a laundry room but It does have nice resolution for a 720p
