Slow performance

It takes a few minutes before being able to access Smart TV functions. Sometimes I wonder if it is working to access it at all once I select the Smart TV button. Aside from this setback, the picture and sound is acceptable for its price. I didn't need much, but I did expect a lot more.

I pod nano

We first bought a smart TV and the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable, Then I went back in December to buy an I pod nano. The salesman was helpful and when I mentioned that I had seen the same product somewhere else he logged me in a computer in order to show him the price I had spotted. Without any hesitation he applied the lowest price and did it very graciously. I would recommend Best Buy in a heart beat.
