TV has a high quality picture and was easy to set up. We were watching Netflix in a few minutes!

We bought this for our small den and decided on the 'smart' version. It works great, sound is a little thin, but that is to be expected. We will connect some external speakers soon. My only concern is that not all the U-Verse features (search, menu, favorites, etc) do not translate to the Samsung remote, but that is not a significant issue. It looks great, connects well to streaming services, and we hope to get meany years of service.

The tv is well made. It is very easy to set up. The remote is user friendly. The smart feature works well. The sound is not bad for price point. It is a good tv for a bed room den or palor the picture quality is excelllant. I would highley recomend it

My mom needed a Smart TV for the kitchen that was small enough to fit underneath the cabinets and this is perfect. Picture is great and sound is okay but could project better. My only gripe is that the start up for the apps is slow. I have to reconnect WiFi often and manually, I don't really know why. Could be user error tbh. Other than that, price point is great and so is function.

This TV is perfect for my home office. I can run Pandora to have music in the background or I can play Netflix movies. It was so easy to set up and it's great that I don't need to have cable. I love it!

This replaced a slightly smaller off-brand set. With lots of experimentation, it was possible to set the picture quality to a very high standard; benefitting from that requires you to be "on axis", however. No amount of adjustments of the sound could deliver anything decent (relative to the smaller off-brand set it replaced) - it stayed thin, if clear, but almost devoid of lower end. The "Smart TV" features were a welcome bonus, and not too hard to set. I liked that the remote becomes a "universal" operating both the satellite box and the set. This is a good value for the price. I wonder if their choice of speaker was made to force you to buy an outboard unit - not possible in the kitchen, where this is.

HDMI ports are great for hooking up cable and laptop. For size of screen, the 720p is sufficient. Speakers are puny, I had to hook up a pair of laptop speakers. I set up this tv in the kitchen. The browser app is kinda awkward to use with the remote. It was easier and faster to hook up old laptop and use a wireless keyboard and mouse for surfing the net. There are other apps but I haven't used them.
