I replaced an 5yr old model Kenmore dishwasher with probably the worst Samsung product available. Our fault for not going with our gut but with the recommendation of dept. employee. The controls are on the outside top of the door. Which makes any pressure against the buttons will turn the dishwasher on or off at any time. If you lean up against the door to work on the counter above and barley touch the buttons, the Dishwasher will stop in the middle of the cycle and you need to start all over again. If the dishwasher is off it will turn on. The redesigned inside does not allow the same amount of dishes my Kenmore allowed. Especially if you have different thickness dishes, stoneware versus corelle. Very very tight fits and the tines will bend. Forget mixing pots and pans with dishes. The multiple angels of the tines allow limited loading capacity. The top rack does not secure glasses at all no matter the size. If the rack is full the glasses will bang against each other and create cracks or worse break. Should have exchanged it when I had the chance. On the bright side it does clean the dishes (that can be loaded) very nicely

Very quiet can hardly hear it running. Cleans very well. Love the 3rd rack on top for silverware. Lots of room inside.

Besides the dishwasher is a beautiful to look at, it works very well, perfectly. I love the extra draw for just spoons, that really cleans the spoons. The set up from top to bottom really cleans the dishes. The push buttons in the front, easy to use and not touchy at all. All away around this is a great dishwasher, I highly recommend it to anyone looking into replacing existing dishwasher or a new one all together.

Functionality is not as good as my old one. The bottom slots for the plates are very close together and the top rack does not seem to have the spots wide enough. For example my cereal bowls are having trouble fitting right. I definitely like the 3rd rack option for big serving spoons and ladles. That is a bonus and good function. It's a quiet dishwasher, but choosing the wash options is not so user-friendly. Hope I will get better with each use, so I don't have to look at the manual for changes. I still would recommend it to a friend - but would make them aware of the obstacles I ran into with this item.

I do love this refrigerator, but the one issue I have with it is if you get too close the buttons are super sensitive and the dishwasher will go off mid cycle. This has happened numerous times and I have to start it all over again. Just for this reason, I would purchase a different model. It does wash well and is super quiet though.

This review has been waiting a long time and I'm giving it three stars on the whole. The washer itself, we give it 5 stars. I'll explain. My wife and I bought a Samsung three rack dishwasher with the panel controls in the front. This occurred during the 2022 black Fri sale. In general, we love our washer. We are ones to do insurance options on a selective amount of electrics and appliances. So, we got the insurance plus the installer fee only bc if the unit was installed incorrectly, all insurance possibilities would have been void. Kind of stupid and steep price, but we wanted this unit to last. Plus, we also decided to get the "installation kit" from them. Well, this was a crazy experience. We have come to learn that Best buy's computer systems do not communicate at all with their installer vendors or, at the least, have huge problems/glitches in the system to where orders are not being transmitted properly. You would think that the company, the millions if not billions of $ in profit, this shouldn't be an issue. Or perhaps it was the system from the vendor. They may have updated/ fixed the problem by now …maybe…..bc I'm just now reporting my review in August and this happened at the end of November of 2022 and finished in January 2023. Was supposed to be installed in December 2022. Another thing to add is that, ironically enough, the teams they also had in hand were out sick with COVID, as they claim, from a recent install. Why you would need all your crews at one place is beyond me. The process of getting the unit was a huge pain. Lots of patience was needed in order to get through it. If best buy had not gifted us a gift card and a certain sum of a refund for such issues and inconveniences they would have had a single star if at all. But, again, we worked together in the end and got the washer. Honestly, I don't know if I'll ever go that route again. Just glad that the insurance that they offer applys differently to their tvs bc we get ours there. And the insurance policy is reasonable. I won't go there bc it doesn't apply the same.

Love this dishwasher! Really cleans dishes, has tons of space, and the third rack is amazing for larger utensils!

I wish I had spent the extra $300 for the upgraded Samsung dishwasher. I honestly haven't washed a single load yet because I bought dishwasher soap pods before I read the manual. It only takes dishwashing liquid. Another trip to the store! I ran it through one full cycle and it was quiet enough so I feel confident when I get the correct dishwashing liquid it will clean my dishes quietly. It also has a cool feature of an extra top rack, for utensils. Previous reviews stated that the dishwasher will turn itself on if you are too close to it, Yes, this is true and annoying! It's also a duller stainless steel than the other Samsung appliances I bought at the same time. So I don't prefer the color or the fact that it is sensitive to touch. If you can afford the upgrade, I would recommend that one. Sometimes it doesn't pay to cut corners.

Loving this dishwasher so far. Dishes come out sparkling and is much quieter than I expected. The only knock on the dishwasher is the buttons are VERY sensitive. Just remember to keep it locked or powered off when not in use!

What change from old dishwasher. This one is very quiet and cleans the dishes and pots very well. The panel is sensitive, you just need to touch the options for a quick second.

I got this obly about a month ago. It eorks well thus far. It’s quiet and cleans the dishes well. I wish the top rack had been a little deeper to accommodate for tall glasses. Also, it takes a long time to do the dishes. The express option is an hour long. But overall, I’m happy with it as of right now.

I like that it gets my dishes clean without much effort. I don't like how sensitive the buttons are, however. If I lean into it while teaching up into a cabinet above it, it will turn on and start. I just have to get used to watching it better, I suppose.

I really imagined the quality would somehow be top notch. I also somehow was mistaken on compatibility with smart things from the photos/videos shown. Otherwise it’s also pretty loud and the racks do not roll smoothly. My dishes came out very clean though. I will be updating this with comments as often as things come up. Hopefully nothing comes up. The stainless cover on the front is very thin and I fully expect it to be dented easily which makes me nervous. I do wish I had gone with top control because it’s super touchy. I have to turn child lock on at all times.

Looks great in my kitchen, very quiet operation which is a plus , bowls are a little difficult to put in straight in the racks , but cleans very good.

Very quiet. Cycle is quite long. Took me awhile to figure out what cycle was the shortest. Did not get a good tour from the installer as to how to operate it.

This Dishwasher cleans effectively, leaving dishes spotless and dry while operating quietly. Its spacious interior and energy-efficient design make it a great addition to my kitchen.

Our old Samsung dishwasher gave out after years of sterling service (and no, we didn't use it to take care of the family silver!) Impressed by how quiet this unit is. Ease of use is excellent. Appreciate the delayed start option on this machine, something the old one lacked. The third rack which can be used for cutlery is a nice touch. Happy to recommend!

We had to side mount it and it wasn't as solid as I would like it to be. There is a small gap and it could because it's an older home. Besides that, it's been great. It's quiet and gets the job done. Easy to clean the trap out which is a plus

I'm loving my new dishwasher. It's very quiet. My old dishwasher was very loud, and I hated to run it at night. This one is so quiet that you don't even know it's on. My favorite feature is the 60 minute express wash. I love that I can have clean dishes in an hour, and save some electricity. The dishes always come out clean. Using a rinse aid is needed for dry dishes. I love the look, and It looks great in my kitchen.
