Works great and my wife loves the silverware separation with each piece having its own location. The third rack is great for delicate items!

Samsung Dishwasher: Dishes don’t dry thoroughly. Condensation remains after the cycle.

The top shelf is too low (can't put anything tall in or the top spinner won't spin) That is your average everyday bamboo cooking spoon, even if you lean it it will get caught up on the upper tray. (see image) I have had it for three weeks and a Samsung technician has to come to repair it because of thermostat errors and dishwasher will not finish the cycle. It washed fine when it did work....but now it doesn't. I do not recommend, there are cheaper and better models.

I’m very impressed with the performance and look of the dishwasher and it’s features.

So far it’s working properly it’s been not even two months since I bought it. The only thing I will say it doesn’t keep dry the inside after cycle is done, there’s too much damp humidity like not enough drying vent time or something like that. But I love that it’s very smoothly non noise while working.

2nd time in 2 years I have to replace SAMSUNG DD81-02265A A/S-WATER VALVE ODM, DW3000MM, First time it was under warranty, now I paid out of pocket. I Don't recommend this product at all. Only the replacement part cost me 90U$. Not mentioning all the mess cleaning my flooded kitchen.

It is so quiet. I have to put my ear against it and keep checking it to make sure it's on. It was delivered on time as promised. I was not able to have it installed at the time of delivery due to personal scheduling conflicts, but it was fairly easy to install. The front of mine sticks out a little bit more than I would like, but that is not because of the dishwasher. It is because of the way my cabinets are constructed. I keep pressing the buttons with my leg when I'm working in the kitchen, but I discovered and found out how to use the lock feature and this is no longer a problem. It took me a little while to figure out the best way to load it for my needs, but I ran it fully loaded it with some really dirty dishes. They all came out sparkling clean on the normal cycle. It is an attractive upgrade to my kitchen. I just love how quiet it is! My old dishwasher was so loud you had to turn the TV up in order to drown out the noise. I really like the attachment in the top rack to secure your stemware to keep them from breaking. The silverware basket with the separators is also a nice feature. it keeps the spoons from nesting into each other and not getting clean properly. Overall I'm very satisfied with this dishwasher and I look forward to having it for many years to come.

Scheduled a date for the dish washer to be delivered and agreed on a date, then a day before delivery I got an automated call to let me know the 4 hour tame frame to expect my Samsung dishwasher to arrive and I also saw it on the tracking in the browser. The day of the delivery I got a call from the driver to let me know they would be there between 15 and 30 minutes and they were there in 20. I previously cleaned under the sink and moved my island out of the way so it would be easier for them to take the old dishwasher and install the new one. One of the guys come in and prepared it while the other prepared the new one by taking it out of the box and connecting the hoses. Within 30 minutes the Samsung dishwasher was installed, connected to my hot water and my garbage disposal. The guys leveled the dishwasher and screwed it tight onto the cabinets and also tested to make sure it was getting the water in and draining out. First impression was how great it looked: the stainless steel is timeless, neat: clean surface, recessed handle and has the soft touch buttons and cool white LED lights. They left the installation and user manual along with a coupon for dishwasher detergent. I had a few dirty dishes so right away I put it to the test; I load it with dishes, soap and used the Auto mode and ran it. After it started I pressed the buttons on purpose to know if it would stop and it did not, so I do not think you can accidentally stop the machine once it starts. The soft touch is cool since there are no buttons to push or worn out in the future. Speaking of when it starts, you can delay the start too, 3, 6 or 9 hours so next time I will get it started when I leave in the morning so when I come back the dishes are done, or at night when nobody is in the kitchen. The dishwasher is quiet, it does make some sound because you can hear the water but it is quieter than I expected. The Samsung dishwasher DW80N3030US/AA has the 3 usable racks, the top rack can be removed, and the second rack can be moved up too to make room for the third rack if needed to. The cycles have different temperatures, Auto, Normal, heavy and express, times are from 60 minutes to 162 and temperatures from 108F to 158F. The dishwasher has cleaned all the dishes and utensils well, and since the dishwasher has a leak sensor I think it will let me know if there is a leak before there is a big mess. Overall attractive design, works great, well made.

We purchased this dishwasher on Black Friday for a very reasonable price. That said, there are pros and cons to it. First, it is extremely quiet running. So far, it has done a good job getting the dishes and silverware clean, though the glasses often have water standing on them after drying, even using a rinse aid. The third rack on top is also a nice feature for silverware/utensils. Our chief complaint is that it holds few glasses that have large diameter bases. They simply do not fit well in the rack configuration. The two outside glass racks are slanted, designed for coffee mugs and drinking glasses do not sit well there, If your family uses a lot of glasses, I would not recommend this dishwasher at all. Also, it turns on too easily. Ours is located in a busy corner and the buttons are so sensitive on the front, that I have to turn it off frequently while cooking a meal. Overall, it is doing a decent job cleaning. Holds lots of dinner plates and seems to clean them well. I have had a few pieces of silverware come out with food still on them.

NOT CHEAP. LIKE ALL THINGS MADE TODAY. NO WAY IT WILL LAST 12+ YEARS LIKE MY LAST THAT THIS WAS REPLACING

We’ve had it about a month now and happy overall. Very quiet, much faster than our old unit. It’s easy to brush against the power button accidentally and turn it on or off. If you turn it off in the middle of a cycle you have to restart the whole wash as far as I’ve been able to figure out, but there is a lock feature to prevent that. It’s smelling pretty funky on the inside and I have cleaned the filter, still trying to figure that out. The dishes have no smell coming out of the machine though.

I love the third rack! Keeps items secure. The dishwasher is able to clean up my kitchen and holds a lot of dishes. The only thing I wish I knew was how annoying it would be when I bump up against it and it turns on. I also miss my front handle to hang a towel on.

Almost 1 year later, the product overall is good. Dishes are always clean and it runs quietly. Only bad comments would be that when we first installed it it wasn't working correctly but since it was still under warranty they repaired it quickly and has been working fine since then and lastly sometimes the dishes are not completely dry, not soaking, just a bit humid other than that for the price I think is okay.
