I, a stay home dad, like the the top utensil deck immensely, it is a winner. The machine is noticeably louder than the same size LG model that died and does have an issue with drier cycle. We utilized all available cycles, just to test the capabilities, and in every cycle drying is lacking. The second issue is the lack of folding rack on the bottom of machine. It is a challenge to wash larger pots because the holding rack does not allow the pots to sit squarely on the bottom shelf. Its more than a nuisance! Sometimes, it pays to ask a housewife or husband for the advice, it pays!

Only down side is that the buttons are very sensitive if you just graze them the dishwasher turns on. Other than that I love it.

When installing make sure all hoses are tight. I had a small leak and the sensor under the washer wouldn't let it start for 3 days while it dried completely.
