Excellent service form purchase to delivery and U-Haul way after installation very smooth process

Soap dispenser broke after about 2 months use. Dealing with Samsung customer service is a nightmare. Their "service centers" are even worse. After dealing with an issue for about 4 weeks, 10 phone calls and canceled service repairs, it looks like I need to replace my unit. That means I will need to do additional manual labor to remove and reinstall the dishwasher. Please let this end. I wish for the day I can stop calling Samsung customer service. I regret buying my Samsung appliances and I will never do so again.

Replaced a 15 year old dishwasher with this bad boy and love it. As with all the Samsungs it has a cheerful chime when cycle is over. Has multiple options such has sanitize, delay start, small load etc. Energy efficient. Dishes and cups are super clean and no residue what so ever. Did I mention it's quiet? First time I ran it I didn't think it was working it so quiet. Highly recommend!

very quite running. If u self install u have to buy a special fitting to hook up water to inlet valve, other than that it is a good product

I wish the control buttons were not on the front of the dishwasher. We turn it on randomly when putting dishes away. I also wish it was fingerprint resistant (like the sales associate said it was).

We have had some issues not even at a year old after purchase. The water in the bottom is not draining properly and giving an error and dings at you that there is a problem. We have taken the dishwasher a part at the bottom to make sure there is nothing stuck, we have cleaned any debris out of the drain. We are having issues with the water leaking from the front of the dishwasher. We are hoping to get it fixed at the moment and we hope no more issues arise after the warranty is done.

Best Buy contract installers installed it, started an electrical humming ( loud) as soon as it was plugged in, even in the off position. Installers response " we don't fix them, just install them...bye!" I had to shut the power off at the circuit breaker to eliminate the humming / buzzing noise. The good news? Via Best Buy we were able to immediately return it for a different brand, get it installed by a different crew who took pride in their work along with no hassles from Best Buy. Of course it's very likely we just got a defective one out of the box. Initially I called Samsung to repair it but had to jump through hoops, spend 20 minutes going through the trouble shooting checklist with a Samsung employee who didn't seem to understand it was brand new and never had a dish in it. It was much easier/quicker to just return it via Best Buy. We've been very pleased with their customer service.

Washes efficiently, super quiet, quick cycles, and looks great!

Very quiet. Only problem is there is water remaining on the inside when the cycle is done.

Purchasing was not the problem with this sale, everyone I dealt with was fabulous. The problem was after the sale, I was given 2 dates for delivery/installation one cancelled the day before, the other cancelled during the scheduled appt time. Purchased Nov 15th and Finally delivered/installed on December 26th, 1 1/2 months after the purchase. So far so good - this dishwasher is so quiet!
