Aside from the very sensitive touch panel buttons (it seems like a breeze can cause a button to be depressed, and causing the cycle to be interrupted), it worked well. Then, I started receiving an error. I didnt purchase the Best Buy extended warranty, thinking the Samsung people were reliable enough if something happened to the machine within the first year. Boy, was I wrong. I have gotten nothing but the run around from them. They stated it would be over a month and a half before someone could even come look at it. I am getting a fast blink on the Express 60 light, so I know it is an issue with the water intake. It would take less than 30 minutes to replace the part, but I am expected to go 6 weeks without a dishwasher that is less than 4 months old. I have called, written emails and tried to communicate via chatbot on their website. No luck. I am probably going to pull it out of my kitchen and put it on the curb, which is a shame for such a potentially good machine. Avoid this brand like the plague. Their support is horrid, at best.

Washing machine does half

I purchased it because unlike some of the others it had a flat rack on top for the long utensils. Utensils usually still have food on them at the end of the cycle. With this dishwasher you either wash dishes before putting them in or wash dishes when you take them out. Either way, what’s the point.

I've tried for over a week to get an exchange. After many tries I was able to get a person on the phone (after 1 hour and a half hold time) and I was transferred to the repair dept instead of exchanges. The machine then said thanks for buying best buy and hung up on me. I got in touch with a manager at my local store and they tell me they can't help because I bought the appliance online. They referred me back to the same phone numbers where I got nowhere previously. Do not buy appliances from best buy you are better off going to Home Depot or Lowes where you can return items if they are defective. I made the mistake of buying all my kitchen appliances from them and this will be the last time. Never again.
