Samsung authorized service tried several times to fix it and was finally successful. However they did not attach the hose right and flooded our basement costing us $500 in the process. Now about a year later the machine is leaking again. DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER. Honestly I doubt I will ever by anything Samsung again.

Did not like the fact that the actual top rack did not fit coffee cups and glass as well. When I closed the rack they would slide forward and fall over until completely filled. I couldn’t fit 12 oz. or larger coffee cups in the outside column which prevented me from filling top. Also, the columns were pitched which caused glasses to slide and fall over

They had to remove and install a 2nd one, well had the same problem. I call Samsung, customer service told me it was because I did not use Jet-Dry when I used the dishwasher. Nope wrong answer. One should not have to use any chemicals in order to have your brand new dishwasher empty the water. I called Best Buy and told them to come get it and just take it back. Now looking for something that will work.

The tines holding the dishes are slanted and too close together. It looks nice, but is completely impractical. You can not fit a cookie sheet or anything much wider than just plates on the bottom rack. Half of the second row is very similar with the slanted, closely-spaced tines. Very awkward. This machine looks great, but has limited functionality.

Never buy this dishwasher

After they sell the equipment they don't want to replace it, just maintain it or change parts. The issue is that the dishwasher does not work and Samsung's warranty is GARBAGE.
