The item clearly had “inspected” all over it, but was missing several parts and had noticeable damage. Wasn’t able to be delivered, so had to rent a truck to go pick it up, just to have to return it due to all the problems with it.

A butter knife got stuck in the holder and gouged the side wall. 3 Samsung techs came out to look at it. None of them spoke good English and the last 2 both said I needed a new dishwasher. I said f that and found some water proof epoxy. Sealed the gouge and it's been running fine ever since. Looks sharp with the rest of my kitchen and it's easy to use.
