Nothing gets clean in this dishwasher. I already rinse and halfway clean everything before I even put it in there. Then I take everything out and have to finish cleaning. Everything is really wet, nothing is dry. I know plastic doesn't dry, but even plates are wet, hours after the dishwasher is off. Only had this for less than a year too. Worse dishwasher ever!

However this item has leaked& flooded our kitchen . To the point that we had to shut the main water in the house off to get it to stop. What we thought was a great buy has turned into nothing but trouble .

It’s that quiet!! We’ve had a few issues where dishes don’t seem as clean so Iv had to run a cleaner thru it . The hidden top Rack is nice but nothing dries up there. There’s always a lot of water after the cycle has stopped. Definitely a great buy. Never been a fan of stainless steel appliances but this one was a hit!!

The heat cycle is no good, lots of water and humidity remains inside after the cycle is completed. I would look for an alternative. Wish I had seen the reviews before buying it.

Bottom rack has narrow dividers that don't fit my curved plates well. Front touch panel is so sensitive, I hit buttons if I reach up to grab something from upper cabinet and rub against it. Dint like that it doesn't stay locked after load is finished. Can't tell if its clean or dirty sometimes when my husband has loaded and ran it.

Returned and tried a different one hooked up it has a leak sensor on it. 1st run flooded floor for the amount allowed before shutoff. Checked all hoses but leak at bottom of device called Samsung to try to get them to fix but it would be a charge so had to return this one also. Went to appliance store and got a new one.
