Love the fact that I cant hear it run. Gets dishes cleaner than my old dishwasher and is more energy and water efficient. Great for the price.

I like the quality of the actual dish- washing, and the reduced noise levels are very good. On the downside. the plates stack at a weird angle that makes it harder to put all of our large plates in at once and the power button gets turned on way too easily. May have purchased a different model if I was able to shop in-store but buying online during a pandemic is not the easiest thing to navigate. But BestBuy was great to deal with as always!

I was hesitant to buy SAMSUNG beeing used to another brand. I decided on the SAMSUNG with a third tack. I am ever so pleased with it. The dishes even on express 60 come out perfectly clean and dry. I use the third rack for the cutlery therefore removed the cutlery basket and have a lot more room for pots and pans. I like the front control very much. I give this dishwasher a big A+++.

PROS: The washer itself looks sharp and nicely matches my Samsung stove, fridge and microwave. Buttons are flat and the lights are subdued and not obnoxious. I've run 4 cycles now and the dishes come out quite clean with nothing leftover on them. The racks slide in and out effortlessly and the 3 third rack has been handy to use. The middle rack can actually be adjusted to be higher so versatility is nice! Cons: It's loud. I'm not sure if I'm missing insulation on the back but you can clearly hear sloshing and splashing from the back of the washer right through the back of my countertops. My 16 year old cheapy dishwasher was quieter. The bottom rack doesn't have the clearance for taller plates or pans. The spinning washing element hits the plates so you have to raise the middle rack to the 2nd setting. The problem then is that taller glasses won't clear the third rack....so clearance on one rack then eliminates clearance on another...and vice versa. There doesn't seem to be a happy medium. Either you are hand-washing your bigger plates, or you are hand-washing your taller glasses. Really not the idea when buying a new dishwasher.

I am so excited about this dishwasher. I needed a new one but I didn't know how much I'd love this new one. It's so easy to use and the controls are very self descriptive. It has a slide out shelf for knives and other flat items.

This Samsung dishwasher not only washes well but is very quiet. I like the sleek look of this machine all at a great price.

This machine works great. It cleans and dries just fine. It is easy to brush up against the display and activate the buttons.

For the most part, this does its job just fine. I like the idea of the third rack, although in reality you're pretty limited in what you can put up there without blocking the wash arm. I've experienced a surprising number of annoyances in the short time I've had it, though. The door to the rinse aid compartment comes off more often than not. I haven't been able to use the sanitation cycle because it gives me an error about the water temp. And one particular corner seems to keep sinking relative to the others, so I need to re-level it with annoying frequency. And every once in a while, it fails to drain properly, leaving an inch or two of water in the bottom. There are probably other factors, besides the unit itself, that might contribute to these problems, but I had Best Buy install it so I assume it was done properly. I'm also not a huge fan of the way the bottom rack is laid out. Half of it has pegs spaced so closely that the only items I can easily fit between them are the shallowest of plates. Makes it hard to optimize my packing. On the plus side, it does run more quietly than any other dishwasher I've ever used.

Love this dishwasher. Super quiet, excellent cleaning power, and the bonus third row is amazing. It's a genius addition that I can't believe no one thought of before! So nice to place my knives up there and not have to worry about them either not getting cleaned point-down in the normal utensil basket or risk injury by putting them point-up.

So far this is working. I recently owned a Samsung dishwasher and it leaked within 9 months of owning. Here’s hoping this continues to work well. This washer has a front panel which seems a bit touch sensitive.. anytime you brush by it will activate. But overall it seems to do a good job at cleaning. I’m currently on the 4th time using it and the dishes come out clean. The top utensil rack is a nice added feature.

This does the trick! it's very quiet and so far it's cleaning pretty well with no issues.

Performs excellently, HOWEVER, with the controls on the front panel you end up turning on or off the unit during it's cycle just brushing by it with your clothes. Very frustrating especially mid cycle. You can lock the panel when it's on and running but not when it's off. We exchanged the unit for one with controls on the to edge of the door.

PROs: The digital display is very user friendly, the unit is very quiet during use. I actually had to open it to ensure the unit was working. CONs: The space inside is smaller than my older unit. I was unable to place a combination of pots and lids as I'd done in the past. I didn't see the unit in store but if I had I may have reconsidered. Good for cups and silverware but not so much as larger items.

Fantastic value; it is rare to find a dishwasher in this price range with a third rack for smaller items. The controls are easy to read and foolproof, and the lack of extraneous handles keeps the profile slim which is nice for smaller kitchens. Quietness is average; if you want something silent, you'll need to spend a lot more.

Easy install, and seriously quiet - like I sometimes wonder what is that tiny humming I hear? Oh, the wife has the dishwasher running! Cleans very well, although cleaning cycle seems to take a longer time than my previous washer - but also does a much better job. easy, intuitive controls - altho it sometimes gets powered on just leaning on it.

Love it! Very quiet. Dies not dry dishes completely. Turns on if you brush against it.

The DW is attractive and extremely quiet but is a bit complicated to load. I guess this will improve as i get used to it. I am concerned by a "newness smell" that hasnt yet gone away after 10 washes. Any ideas?

Bought this to replace a broken older dishwasher and wasn't wanting a fancy-schmancy model, but something in between. I'm happy with it thus far and the sound impact is great. Dishes are clean and my hands aren't clammy as much anymore!

It works great so far! The buttons at the top took a little getting used to as we powered it on by accident a couple of times - but then you learn how to work around them. Does a great job cleaning dishes and is pretty quite too. Very happy with our purchase!
