It's very quiet but the drying could be better. I read reviews on this model, and alot of negative comments focused on it not fully drying dishes. Besides that, it does the job.

There is a lot of room and my dishes are coming out clean (which is the point of the thing, you know). The cons: 1. The control buttons are VERY sensitive. you only need to lean against it and you can turn it on and start a wash cycle. 2. The top rack isn't adjustable so if you have tall items in the bottom shelf, they will stop the spinning arms. 3. The plate holders change direction so it makes it a little difficult fitting the plates in the most space-saving manner. With that being said, this is a nice machine, looks good and does not leave food deposits.

The installation costs were less than anywhere else I looked. The product is efficient, quiet, & there is even a third rack to use for things like utensils. I couldn’t be happier. I also got an 18 month 0% interest pay plan. I love Best Buy & love this purchase.
