Great product. Cleans excellent. Very quiet compared to our old one. Racks are designed different so still getting used to loading it .

I don"t see any difference from more expensive previous dish washer.This model is cheaper but works fine.

Love it,I love the 3rd rack for serving utensils, and it is very quiet. The sanitizer setting is the best.

I’ve only tried normal wash so far, you have to use the sanitize feature to get the dishes dry. Very quiet, I haven’t used it as a pot-scrubber as of yet but stainless steel pots come out good, however I’ve put them in mostly clean in the first place. Silverware also stainless steel comes out a little spotted even when using the sanitizer feature.

I have had several opportunities to observe Samsung brand dishwashers, here we have a new internal configuration, a very low noise level, but in drying it does not have the automatic door opening to allow drying.

Does a great job washing and rinsing dishes. Offers a lot of space and having a 3rd (upper) rack has been useful.

Easy low-no pressure sale in the store. Unit delivered to the house and installed in a very timely manner. Excelent sales and service from both Best Buy and the installation company. All very good. My wife loves the new diswasher.

This Samsung dishwasher has been a nightmare since I’ve owned it. After less than 6 months, the dishwasher kept tripping a breaker. Geek Squad came out twice and couldn’t duplicate or figure out the issue. When the issue arrived a 3rd time, I called geek squad again and was told that I had to go through Samsung since the item was still under factory warranty. I reluctantly call Samsung and get the run around again. Since I mentioned that the breaker is tripped when the dishwasher turns on, I was told that this was an electrical issue and had nothing to do with the dishwasher. This decision was made without sending a technician to inspect my dishwasher. I was then told that I MUST hire an electrician to diagnose my electrical system before they would agree to assign a tech to come out. I did that and the electrician charged me $250 for his services. This did not resolve the dishwasher issue. I reached out to Samsung again and was basically told “tough luck” on the $250 I wasted at their request. I’m now waiting for Samsung to come out to “fix” this dishwasher. Buyer beware! I’ve been a Samsung customer for a long time and this is my first bad experience. This experience is bad enough for me to never buy Samsung again!

This dishwasher has been great. We love the third rack. Biggest complaint is that the bottom rack rolls off the track in the door super easily.

very powerful and great working dishwasher. all of my dishes come out clean and it is very quiet!

This looks really nice but it sometimes turns on randomly and also doesn’t have like a quicker cycle or a light to say when the load is clean or not. Didn’t realize this of course until used it a few weeks. It cleans well though.
