I read alot about this product and was worried at first because samsung dishwasher were not the best. Now we are very happy just little details that sometimes are a bother but no biggie

Very quiet and cleans well. Fits snugly in the slot and matches my other appliances.

Similar to Bosch in that it's prongs and racks are slanted making it difficult to impossible to fit rectangular objects in. Top rack has very wide spaces in bottom and very short prongs on half making it difficult to load plastic lunch containers and not have them flip over during wash and fill with dirty water. So-called wine glass holder doesn't work; probably going to remove that. Worst of all, no air dry cycle on the dang thing, very annoying as it melts or warps your plastics otherwise.

THIS DISHWASHER IS REALLY QUIET!!! The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 out of a 5 is there is still some water that accumulates on top of coffee mugs after the cycle is finished AND that's using the cycle it says to use when there is water left. Also since it's stainless steel, there is always a bland smell inside. Next time I would go back to a non stainless steel version. I have NEVER been disappointed with the Samsung brand!

So the top Spray Arm broke off. We do not misuse our appliances, in fact we had our old appliances from the 1990's that was in perfect condition, but we "upgraded" for a nicer look. The piece is cheaply made and the snaps that are in the piece appear to have broken off. So that was the final straw and now I am writing this review. The first two other things that have been annoying, but we have dealt with it are 1. The soap dispenser doesn't open during a wash so the soap doesn't come out. This happens about 30% of the time. We have tried multiple different soaps thinking maybe it was the soap, but no, it is a faulty latch on the soap dispenser. 2. When you push the bottom drawer in after you have loaded the dishwasher, it comes off the railing-guides and you have to manually realign it. Super annoying and that happens about 30% of the time. Overall piece of junk!!! So now, I have bought a replacement spray arm for $65. We are stuck with this piece of junk until we can afford another dishwasher. And trust me, it will NOT be another SAMSUNG. We also bought the matching SAMSUNG set and there is something messed up with the microwave AND the oven. What I don't understand is how you spend thousands of dollars on appliances and they are JUNK. It makes me so angry. The manufacturers make it look so nice, but inside is pure junk. I also do not feel like the sales person at Best Buy was honest about these products. He made it sound like they were great. But 3 of the 4 SAMSUNG appliances we bought there are messed up. Our next purchase of an appliance set will not be with BEST BUY either.

This thing works fantastic! Have been running it non stop for 3 no the now. No issues. Very quite. Simple and it does what we wanted, wash the dishes. We do have to do a certain amount of prewashing before loading if we pack it full. All in all its a well built product.

Just upgrading from an older Whirlpool model. This thing functions well in that it cleans your dishes and is relatively quieter than the older model. The controls are digital instead of mechanical on the old model. It sings to you when you turn it on and off!

Our old dishwasher was working only when it liked and was very loud. This Samsung is quiet efficient and does a great job with the dishes. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a dishwasher.

Does what it says it does. Only drawback is dishes are not totally dry when I take them out.

One of the reasons we chose this dishwasher was because it is very quite but it does not dry the dishes as well as I would like.

This unit is extremely quiet and the dishes get clean but they don't dry real well.

Going to Best Buy to compare and purchase a dishwasher was a good experience. Our salesman "knew his beans" and recommended The Samsung, as we were looking for an efficient and "quiet" one. We are most pleased with our purchase.

We have not used the item yet, but it looks great and we are preparing to install.

Dishwasher looks great in my new kitchen. I've used two different settings (quick and auto) and both worked great. Dishes came out clean with no spots. Machine is quiet too so you won't even notice when it's running. You won't regret this purchase
