Had a problem with the design of this monitor (couldn't connect the stand) Geek Squad got it done (wasn't easy for him to do either).

I did encounter a problem hooking the monitor up to an older laptop. The monitor come with an HDMI cable. Unfortunately the old laptop does not support HDMI. It took me 4 stops in various stores, including Best Buy, to find a male to male VGA cable. Not a big deal just wish I knew that the only cable in the box was HDMI.

The two monitors are the same brand and same size and they make it easier to do my job while working at home. I love Samsung products they are great!

The salesperson showed me this one, and I'm so happy with it! Good resolution, easy and quick assembly, and good packaging. No frills. I recommend for anyone else wanting something similar.

Naturally, due to its size, it is much, much easier to view than my laptop screen. Coupled with a separate keyboard, I can set aside my laptop which allows for more desk space. IMHO, this monitor is a great fit for me and it's a great value.
