    My 20 year old Compaq monitor finally gave up the ghost and needed replacing. I chose the Samsung 24 inch monitor based on price and features. The image is larger than my old monitor, and being much thinner than the old Compaq, it has given me more working space on my desk. I also appreciate that it has both a VGA and a HDMI input, and that I can keep both connected to two different laptops, and switch between which input I need.

    Monitor is great!!!!!! The issue I have is with the "help" I had recieved to get everything I needed to connect multiple screens together. I'm not super techy savvy but when I asked what was needed I was told "XYZ" and when I go to get it set up... IT WAS ALL WRONG. Instead of them asking someone else, they just said yep here you go.

Your sales personnel and Your Geek Squad who moved information and set up the computers were excellent. They did their very best to do what was needed and they were clear in explaining what they did.     The monitor is great. But the HDMI cable it came with was defective, and when I brought the non-working monitor and cable back to the store for testing, the Geek Squad only tried the monitor with an HDMI cable they already had plugged in, NOT with the cable it came with, then pronounced it all to be working properly. Not happy with the way that was handled!
