The sales associates were so informative and helpful. I explained I wanted something to act as a second monitor while hooked up to my MackBook Pro while working to shift between writing and research. I really got tired of printing so much (wasting paper and ink). The screen is definitely much easier on my eyes and the quality of the images is clear and bright. Connection and assembly was a breeze. No issue for me at all and this was my first time connecting an external monitor to a computer.

Great Screen with Small Issue

I ordered 2 of these monitors, one in perfect condition, the other had a manufacturing defect. While trying to mount the monitor to my monitor arms, the one had the VESA holes drilled incorrectly. I had to drill out some of the plastic so the screw would go in correctly. Only 3 of the 4 screws for the VESA are in. Still works but a small issue could be a big issue for some!

I chose the 24” for space reasons. Works great! Color match is wonderful, good white balance. I know that i will enjoy using this over time.

High hopes, little satisfaction

I bought 2 to complete my 3 monitor setup. However, one of them I got randomly cuts out - keeping a trailing image of what was last on the screen with vertical lines through it even while unplugged. The second one has dead pixels where there's a black spot on the screen. Samsung has a major quality control issue with this model of monitor. I can't speak for their other monitors, but I'm disappointed to say the least. I never would have expected to experience such issues not even a month after purchasing.
