Frustrated - Constant Leaks

We have to take it apart and let it dry after every use. Defeats the purpose of a dishwasher if it doesn't work / adds more work for us.

The top rack constantly get bound up when trying to pull it out, silverware fall through the silverware holder because the holes are too big causing it to catch on the body of the machine, the rinse aid door pops open during the cycle letting water into the reservoir, and the tines are arranged so that you can only load it how they intended and any odd shaped items don’t quite fit. STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY! Honestly this machine has me questioning whether I will ever buy a Samsung appliance again. Stick to TVs…

Poor quality total failure

Samsung Dishwasher ripoff

I had this dishwasher delivered 4 days ago to find out after the geeks left that the dishwasher does not come with a electrical plug or water hose to hook it up to the sink! No way to plug it in or hook up to water! What planet are you living on when there no electric plug that comes with it. Was told there sold separately! Im hoping my house burns down because i had to install a electric plug myself and buy a water hose because im going to sue Bedt Buy for every dollar i can get. This is a safety hazard waiting to happen! I will not be buying Best Buy products and your ripoff scams !

I bought a whole set for my house when we moved in 5 years ago. The dryer has broke down 3 times at least it is easy to fix. The microwave blew up after 3 years. Total Tech Membership Failure

Bought this Samsung dishwasher April 2023, the thermistor and the main board shows its fail. I had bought the total tech membership also with it so they installed it and removed it per the membership. So when it was not working i called their tech support and told them what was going on and they asked for the serial number which is on the inside of the door. I told them it is not there and that you can see the sticker residue where it should have been. They said no big deal on the phone and 5 days later the tech came out and said he could not order the parts because he needs the serial number. (He told my wife its like ordering car parts from the dealership where they need the VIN) (I laughed because i found the parts online that it needed prior without the serial number just the model and I i sell car parts for a living) Anyways the geek squad tech leaves I contact help support they tell me as nicely as possible that there is nothing they can do and Samsung will be able to take care of you. I understand why you need the serial number to confirm that it is the same dishwasher that was sold, but best buy installed it, i have the receipt, and I pay $170 a year to make sure my appliances that I have bought are installed by best buy and correctly so of something like this happens I have the peace of mind that im going to be taken care of. At this point l, Samsung sent their tech out on 1/12 and said the parts will be in 10-14 days and i am not even sure if this guy who samsung subcontracts os going to charge me or not. I just know it needs fixed and I've spend 6 hours on the phone dealing with this from Best Buy and Samsung. This shouldn't be this hard......
