Soap dispenser would not work more often then not. Cycles took forever. The inside pieces of the rack kept burning off which made no sense.Luckily I bought the extra warranty and best buy replaced.

I love having the controls on the top end of the door--away from little curious fingers! My only issue is that the installation brackets the stabilize the dishwasher the the counter top were not in the box. I made 3 or 4 calls and 5-6 emails to Samsung to no avail. I ended up purchasing these out of pocket after dealing with the worst customer service department on the planet.
