This open box item was a great find. We were looking for a new washing machine and this little gem was there just for us. No complaints with this washer. Easy to use, quiet, cleans well. Some of the racks are at an angle it is challenging to get plates and bowls in at times. The utensil tray is nice in that it has slots for individuals and an open box for larger handles utensils.

It washes the dishes and gets them clean. Looks just like the fridge I got from Best Buy as well. Tons of slots for plates. It looks like the inside of a shark's mouth. It's been making a funny noise as of late and it's only a few month's old. Hopefully all is well.

This easy to use unit has two racks for smart cleaning of glassware bowls and dishes. Sleek and relatively inexpensive. This is the second home i’ve put one of these in in past 3 years

So to start the design and styling of the outside of the dishwasher screams High-end from just looking at and then sleek responsive top buttons. Then you open it and It starts to shine 1 because of the sleek finish of the inside of the dishwasher. Secondly because of great features such as the top shelf being adjustable for one height to another. Also the other great feature that really impressed me was the independent water flow straight to the top rack water wand. The design is so simple but allows for you to fully utilize your bottom shelf. Over great design and features. I love it.

It is so sleek and modern looking and so quiet you don't know it is on. The people Best Buy contracted with to install it were the best as well. Very friendly and helpful.

Cleans full loads well and has quiet operation. Like option to set for no heat dry for energy savings. Only change we would like is to have front controls instead of top controls so we could see status while load is going.

Don't let the low price fool you. It's quiet, easy to install, and makes the kitchen look great. I'm happy I purchased a Samsung dishwasher.

Having just done our second load... all seems to work well and cleans well. Did a normal wash, and seemed to happen quickly. Could maybe be a bit more quiet?

I bought this as the last item for upgrade in my kitchen appliances upgrade streak. i have all Samsung products.The stainless steel looks and feature enriched dishwasher was like a match made in haven. love how it does a great job on cleaning and heated drying. One thing i did not know and found out eventually was that you need to use a jet dry liquid with dishwasher for a perfect job but that wasn't a big deal to disappoint in first place.

Can't complain for the price. We got this on sale and it was great for our kitchen since it was Samsung brand and we wanted to be consistent

Delivered by Best Buy but installed myself (easy to do). Looks great & cleans well. Racks could use a little redesigning.

I read the reviews carefully before I bought it and knew that some people complained about certain features. It took a few washes but if you ready the manual and follow the directions this dishwasher is AMAZING. 1. You must use heated dry if you want dry dishes 2. Manual says you need Jet Dry....You need Jet dry. 3. Some of the holder things on the top shelf are annoying but they come out. Does a fantastic job washing and drying. Easy to load and unstack. Love it.

For the $$ this is a decent dishwasher. Compared to the other dishwashers in the house (3 others) this is a bit louder. but it is also 1/3 the cost! Does a good job on cleaning and serves its purpose well. we used it in a basement bar for basically glassware duty. Trays slide well and easy to load.

Good dishwasher as it cleans well all features work as advertised. Door is a little weak but works well.
