I had a lot of choices to choose from but considering all my other appliances are Samsung I decided to go with this 1. It works great and just what I needed for a young bachelor that sometimes doesn’t wanna do dishes and needs 2 clean dishes. I have no complaints about this product.

This was just a waste for me to have , not a lot of dishes everyday to use it , when I use it though the washer is still wet inside once done it takes a long time to run the cycle just thought I could should have replaced it with a drawers in that space

This dishwasher has great features for the price and a tall tub.

Aesthetically it matches in my kitchen. But being that Samsung is a well known brand, I expected a little more. The racks inside are flimsy. I’m not too crazy about the functions being on top. It makes it hard to see when it’s closed. It’s ok for the price but don’t expect much

Dishwasher works well, some residual water after cycle finished.

I bought this for my 70 year old mother when I renovated her kitchen. Her previous 20+ year old dishwasher was difficult for her to use due to the various control dials. With this being a push-button control system, it's no longer an issue & she loves it.

I purchased this dishwasher Mar 30th, by June 1st it threw a sensor not allowing the machine to work. We called Samsung since it has a year warranty. They sent a person out. They said the float sensor was broken. The repairman called Samsung and they refused to cover it and said it was broken because of misuse. Then they voided the warranty. I am not sure how it was "misused". But here we are with a broken $431.79 dishwasher after 62 days of purchase, The repairman said the new sensor is so expensive that it would cost less to just purchase a new dishwasher, Ask any appliance repairman and he will confirm never to buy a Samsung appliance. It really gets me that these big companies don't stand behind their name. Buy Samsung at your own risk because I will never buy Samsung again,

The stainless steel is not stainless. It stains very easily.

Unfortunately, I had to exchange this top control dishwasher for a front control one because after it was installed, our granite countertop made it impossible to access the top controls. We exchanged it, however, the front control one does not have the handle I liked so well :(

I had this Samsung dishwasher less than a year when we started having trouble with it. The normal light kept blinking which indicates a leak sensor problem or actual leak. In my case it was the sensor. Expense fix as it was not covered under the warranty. Again less than a month later, the same problem occurred. I am sad I no longer have a working dishwasher and even sadder that I did not get a Best Buy warranty with it. If I could go back and do this all over again, I would not even have bought this machine.

The heated dry is still very wet, but all else is great.

The wash bins aren’t too big, but at least it drys

I like the unit but wish the dry function is better.

For the price it's a great looking dishwasher from samsung

We're not totally pleased with this one, but realize we went for the low cost and probably got what we paid for. Probably this one's better for one or two people who generate fewer dishes and have the time to rinse off everything. We have five people at home and you really need to rinse well before, and clean the filter each week, or the plates don't come out clean. Maybe I'm just used to my circa-80's dishwasher that was probably not "green" but really got the plates clean no matter what, and without having to maintain the filter. Also gunk is building up on the rubber on the opening. Definitely would only recommend this to a single person or couple who can maintain it meticulously.
