It's Samsung so you can't go wrong! Price is perfect

We returned this dishwasher after one week of use. The tines to hold plates on the bottom rack are slanted and so close together that if you put a plate in every slot, they touch each other and nothing gets clean. So to get clean dishes, you have to skip a slot between plates, therefore, you can wash about 5 plates per load. The top rack is just as bad. Drinking glasses don’t fit along either side - due to an odd ridge along each side if you try to put drinking glasses, they just fall over. I would never ever recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

poor product doesn't get hot or produce steam for drying of dishes I have a 15y/o GE that does a better job.

I really like the sleek smooth front. Works great.

Product works great for our family, only thing that's troublesome is the prong spacing on the bottom rack is small and makes it difficult to place large items (pans, Lg bowls). Also wish the silverware holder was on the door instead of bottom rack.

Unfortunately not happy with my purchase at all. Is not washing and drying well at all

If you plan to use dishwasher pods this probably isn’t the dishwasher you want as the soap holder really doesn’t let them fit I’ve also had issues with the overall drying, seems like things are always still wet after the cycle is over

The dishwasher looks great and high end with all of the controls on the top for a smooth look. But the second you grab the handle you know that’s were they cut the corners.

We purchased 3 Samsung appliances at the same time. The refrigerator and stove have been wonderful. This dishwasher has not been as advertised from the beginning. It is supposed to be quiet, but it is anything but. Runs very loudly. Had a repairman out who replaced a fan and said that was the problem. Quiet for a few days, but then right back to previous. It cleans dishes but they are still wet and spot badly.

Great price for a great product. But couldn’t get it delivered. Driver got lost. Product got lost.... 4 attempts later I got my order. The great deal I got was not worth the hassle of dealing with delivery company.

I have not been pleased with this dishwasher. I’ve had it about a year and a half and had to have a technician come fix a it multiples times. Once in the first few months of buying it new.

Bought the entire Samsung appliance package and very satisfied with the entire package. The dishwasher is simple to use, looks good and works great. Looks much more expensive than it was.

Have used this dishwasher for 3 months now. It is truly the worst dishwasher I have owned. Does not clean the dishes and about a 1/4 of the dishes when the cycle is done need to be rewashed by hand. I have to throughly rinse the dishes off before putting them in and should just wash all by hand and Save time. I have used several kinds of dishwasher detergent and all seem to leave a residue on the middle section of the silverware holder. Wish it wasn’t too late to return this item. We installed a couple of months after we purchased and it we passed the time we could exchange / return.

We love Samsung products and bought a set when selling our condo. This gave such a nice look (along with the quality Samsung is known for) and the buyer was very pleased.

Very nice unit with. I love the button being on top, gives it a more expensive look. So far every thing has come out clean enough to eat off of. Very good product.

I do like this dish washer. It has a funny smell but it could be operator error (LOL). It looks really nice with all the other Samsung appliances I purchased.

Hours after the dishwasher has ended its cycle, it still retains too much condensation and water. Haven't noticed any mold, but there is a mildew odor.

I bought it on sale, it does worth the cost. One trick for this device, you do need to use the dry cycle liquid additive, so it can dry the stuff well.

I was able to find this product from on the floor inventory at a discounted price below typical sale price. As such I am happy with the product.

This dishwasher cleans okay. Would have provided a higher rating if it completely dried the dishes. It's still wet no matter which setting you use.
