The front panel is very easy to dent due to the steel is extremely thin metal. Look bad once it dent. Also, Best Buy have a very bad return policy, only 2 weeks or 15 days for exchange or return. They do not have warranty unless we have to buy their "geek tech" for repair extension. Do not recommend to buy appliance from Best Buy due to 2 weeks return.

The heated dry function does not work at all. It leaves water all over the dishes and you have to hand dry dishes. The price was very good. Guess you get what you pay for.
